Open Frame is a iframe extension for chrome. it's a free extension , it has 60,000+ active users since released its first version, it earns an average rating of 4.08 from 220 rated user, last update is 3841 days ago.
Chrome recently removed the "Open frame in new tab", and related context menu items. This extension adds them back. It allows you to open a frame or iframe from any webpage in a new tab, new window, or new incognito window. Or you can copy the URL to the clipboard for later use. Version 7 removes the need to have access to the URLs you visit, since the tabs extension API has been updated such that it is no longer required. Yay. It also fixes the bug where "open in this tab" did not work.
You could download the latest version crx file or older version files and install it.

perfect, works fine on the distance learning site I use which uses iframes and obscure the screen estate with unnecessarily large headers and footers. Context menu is on the right mouse button. it would be a nice feature if the extension was able to highlight frames in the document so that you knew where to right click.
The screenshot is insanely outdated, kind of threw me off, but I gave it a try anyway. It doesn't look as bad as in the screenshot, quite good actually! The icon is nicer too.
Appears to have no effect whatsoever on Chrome. Ubuntu Focal.
