This Extension used to work well, but it longer does at all. This one was created more recently and works currently: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/zendesk-refresher/kbnadckimgmhcchlnoddmihobfmloocp
Was working great , but suddenly my whole team reports this extension failing. Sad when you get used to using it for your workflow.
This extension did work well, but recently it is no longer consistent. It will fail to refresh, resulting in the extension needing to be removed and re-added to get it to work again. If this issue is resolved I will happily give a better review, as when it did function consistently, it was simple and effective.
