Was working great , but suddenly my whole team reports this extension failing. Sad when you get used to using it for your workflow.
This extension did work well, but recently it is no longer consistent. It will fail to refresh, resulting in the extension needing to be removed and re-added to get it to work again. If this issue is resolved I will happily give a better review, as when it did function consistently, it was simple and effective.
Any updates on this?
I enjoy this extension but in the past 2 weeks it does not seem to be working anymore. Is there a new update?
This extension is not currently working.
Does not always work. I have to reinstall this extension regularly or it just wont' work. I hit refresh on Zendesk manually and I have a TON of messages that are not auto-populated. It used to work great but in the past week its really crapped out.
Help. Ever since early April of 2021, this extension is loading slowly and not as fast as it should be, making me see my new tickets late and sometimes the tickets are almost breached. *Sometimes* it goes back to normal and refreshes itself quickly like it should be but almost everyday I have to manually reload ZD because this keeps happening. Please fix this. This is essential for my work.

Great extension. It was a drag to have to switch views or refresh the entire page to get an updated view. This solves that perfectly.

This app could be better if we can configure the refresh time interval... or am I missing something? I'd like to have my views page refreshed every 30 seconds!

ZendDesk has released an update with the views on the left that can be collapsed/expanded. This extension triggers collapse/expand every refresh. Please update.
