The app didn't mention any pricing until after I had completed a form and needed to save it. Especially difficult as it was a form describing my depression to a professional and I wasted time filling it out only to have to redo the entire thing. I wonder how many people start to spiral emotionally after companies use these tactics to sell their product. Sneaky, manipulative, and frankly dangerous. How many victims of suicide had a Form Swift tab open on their Chrome browser? How many patients weren't able to submit forms to a care provider because they were so discouraged by hitting a roadblock like this. If I had known the pricing before I started filling out the form I could have made a rational decision instead of being angry about the bait and switch. Companies don't want to trust a consumer, they'd rather make you feel trapped and forced to purchase their tool. Not cool, and irresponsible.
