For Google Classroom
1. Install the Chrome Extension above.
2. Visit Google Classroom.
3. Click the voice note button under posts or voice comment button in comments to record voice notes. 

For Google Docs 
1. Install the Chrome Extension above.
2. Visit Google Docs.
3. Highlight text on a doc.
4. Click comment button to the right. 
5. Click the "voice comment" button.    

For Gmail 
1. Install the Chrome Extension above.
2. Visit Gmail.
3. Click the red microphone button to the right of the send button.  

If your students and fellow teachers have Beep for Google Classroom for installed as well, all your recording links will automatically be converted into embedded players so they don't need to open a new window.

So far so good. I like that it can be used by students just with a link if need be. I really like that once the app is installed students can listen within the classroom. However, my iPad users seem to be restricted with this feature.

I LOOOOOVE it.... makes me not have to talk as much since I have to talk so much as it is and then the LINKS are there for students who can't make it to class..but can definitely hear me! Just wish I didn't have to put the "link" in separately. Wish (ful thinking) is was automatic. Thank you for a super extension!!

This saves me time on giving essay feedback, and there's good research emerging to back up the idea of the efficacy of verbal feedback because students can hear your tone and also interpret it as more personalized. Very helpful and seamlessly integrated tool!
