当关闭的标签页为最后一个窗口的最后一个标签页时，会自动创建一个与之前窗口相同大小，相同位置的新窗口。
由于ChromeAPI没有提供类似beforeClose的方法，只能在关闭窗口之后，再新建窗口以实现保留最后一个标签的功能
