God bless you, swh0901. Your extension is still looking after me since 5 years after release.
There are no options available. In an era of widescreen monitors the extension default is really quite narrow. I was hoping for an extension that limited article width (mainly for articles with very wide panorama images) to the window size, or that I could at least set to my approximate average browser window size. At least I can restrict it so that I have to click on the extension icon to activate it for a particular page/tab, so there's that (to do so, set the option "Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit:" to "On Click"; sadly there's no easy way to reverse this without opening the page again in a new tab/window).
A very useful extension for those with larger monitors where you have to strain your neck just to read an article. However, one minor adjustment that would be nice was if the articles were more towards the centre so that it isn't all to the far left and you have to put your neck into an awkward position.
