Like what I see.. Suggestions. Ability to follow multiple Qs/Searches.. AND ability to see/follow assigned ticket updates and SLA options.. I know.. a lot.. but would be so useful.
It allows having track of unaccepted tickets and tickets with pending workflow assigned to your group. You can also create new tickets with a simple click. Service now should provide something like this out of the box. Awesome extension!
Much appreciated effort dude, would really be useful if you can let me know how the ticket alert happens, what is the "X" mark in the icon
