I am happy to say that they were prompt and considerate and also helped me use the plugin. Thanks so much! It still has work to go however as it doesn't scrape any of the data you have to manually enter it. I used a plugin a few years ago that scraped everything automatically so not sure why this isn't possible yet but would love to see that change.
