Sometimes when I read things on the Internet, I want to take notes. But I find that opening up a new text file, launching a notepad app, or grabbing a pencil and paper disrupts my workflow. So instead, I made this handy Chrome extension. It pops up a notepad wherever I am and syncs it to my Chrome account. It also lets me save seven distinct frames at a time. So far I've found it useful for me. I hope you can find it useful too. James Pan http://pan-james.tumblr.com @jibpan Shortcuts ---------- Move forward one frame: Alt + . Move back one frame: Alt + ,

Fantastic! Maybe better if it included other text shortcuts like strikethrough in addition to bold, underline and italics? And possibly the option to import from emoji picker directly instead of copying and pasting. Otherwise great extension as a note form 7 day planner
love it! it's very fast and easy to open but i have some suggestions: 1. being able to resize the pop up window 2. adding Ctrl + [ and Ctrl + ] to resize the font size 3. adding more frames but overall i love it it has the features i need :>
Super useful! I was looking for an easy way to access all of my brand's colors (hex codes) from any web page, and this does the trick. To my delight, I even found that pasting in styled text (text with a specific font, size, color, etc.) preserves that styling. There's definitely room for improvement. For instance, I'd love to be able to resize the window. The text in the little purple preview box is unreadably tiny. I'd love to be able to change each note's title (as opposed to Frame 1, Frame 2, etc.) and have the title be shown in the purple box instead of that too-tiny preview text. It would be neat if you could change the color of each note (not necessarily the background, just the now-purple box) or at least if each one were a different color. Although I was only looking for a single-note solution, I'm sure I'll find uses for the other six, and being able to add/remove notes would come in handy for a lot of users. This last one is really superficial, but I like the extension's logo in the Chrome Web Store better than the browser icon, and I wish that the logo were used as the icon as well. All that said, I'm thrilled with this lightweight little extension, and I look forward to all the time it'll save me.
