I installed it. I configured it in developer mode. I used it by right clicking on a link and selecting the Open Link in New Tab command. The resutt was the link opened in a new tab, and the focus was switched to the new tab. Viola! Thank you and God bless you!
it generally works but sometimes fails in Vivaldi.
Unfortunately even this extension will conflict with tab groups, expanding them all when Chrome starts.
