**TO USE**
1.) Click the "Add to chrome button"
2.) Accept the permissions
3.) Go to the page chrome://extensions
4.) Click on the "Details" button on "Decorative Overlays"
5.) Scroll down and click "Extension Options"
6.) Choose your overlay, and press "Save"
7.) Reload any webpage to view the changes!

worth the price. when i'm looking to spend my hard earned cash and i don't because of apps like this. they make it fun to be broke. if you have the money to afford this it is definitely worth it.with the beuatiful colors it adds to chrome.
This is a great extension, the ability to have it have themed occasions on any web page is amazing!! Great extension, if another is made I would download as well!!!
The advertisements were excessive and the fact that you need to reload is inconvenient. While a good idea, it felt unpolished and the overlays covered important things. All in all, it feels very impractical and I cannot see myself using this regularly.
