This extension is totally free and use a tab to manage your tasks. You can use a KANBAN board or many other types of board that you can customize.
With this free tool, you can create several projects and pre-defined boards like:

○ To Do List
○ Eisenhower matrice
○ SWOT matrice
○ Business Model Canvas
○ Value Proposition Canvas
○ ...
-> But you can also create and customize your own Board or modify all the existing boards

Reviews of my work board:
Absolute useless and hopeless. At first I was hopeful, but after experimenting with it, the board is covered in columns and rows that I don't want, and I can't find any way to get rid of them.

The sync feature between different devices running Chrome/Chromium gets the MWB Kanban four stars. The fifth star waits for a more-polished user interface. To see an example, that would merit all five stars: take a look at 'Scrumptious' in the Firefox and Chrome app stores. Now, also on GitHub as it's recently been 'open-sourced'. However, Scrumptious does not 'sync'.
