Many websites have sticky headers, social buttons and other widgets which remain in view as you scroll. Most of the time they are useless and simply occupy the screen space. Sticky Ducky automatically cleans the page of those sticky elements. It has settings for displaying them again on demand and a whitelist.
You could download the latest version crx file or older version files and install it.

I have used for a while and on many websites the Sticky Ducky Heuristics allow far too much annoying garbage to pollute webpages and it is NOT very effective at all. Perhaps the developer could possibly introduce a Strict/Aggressive mode which could be activated manually on websites where more filtering is required. PopUpOff is far superior to Sticky Ducky and has 3 different default modes of usage, Dormant, Moderate and Aggressive. You can also configure it to use a particular mode of operation for each individual website.
hides elements optionally.
As someone with limited screen space, this extension works great for saving space by hiding annoying headers (until you *actually* need them). Granted, my sample size isn't high, but this doesn't appear to break sites' functionality either. Many thanks to the developer.
