One of the big challenges when creating waTidy was privacy, we made sure to create a tool with local archive, WE HAVE NO DATA STORAGE SERVERS, everything that happens in waTidy is saved locally on your computer, if you lose access to your computer we can not recover your information, use the export and import function of the extension if you want to make a backup copy from time to time.
All your conversations, tabs, reminders, notes and everything that happens on your WhatsApp remain on your computer, keep this in mind when using any application.
To activate your Premium license you will receive an activation code with your purchase, your payment details, your email and all your information remain with the payment processor, waTidy does not have access to that information.

A empresa proprietária da ferramenta não tem nenhuma informação que gere transparência por parte da empresa. Não encontrei nenhuma rede social pelo no da empresa. Não encontrei nenhum CNPJ. Enfim, mesmo sendo um MVP, poderia ter uma estrutura mínima de empresa. Não me gera segurança. Por Fim, acho um absurdo em pleno 2023 uma empresa SaaS não disponibilizar alguns dias para testar a ferramenta. As funções mais interessante estão bloqueadas. Estou desinstalando em 3..2...1..
Achei muito boas as possibilidades de trabalho com o WaTidy. Minha única dúvida é em relação ao banimento do número pelo WhatApp: há risco de banimento se eu usar WaTidy na minha conta comercial? Pergunto porque seria muito ruim perder meu número atual por banimento.
Eu amei, mas uma sugestão: acho que seria legal deixar mais claro o limite de uso de cada ferramenta no gratuito porque foi muito rápido e eu fui gastando recursos pois não fazia noção e mesmo quando colocamos lá para ver as opções de plano, não tem as informações detalhadas do plano (exemplo: plano gratuito e plano plus). Sei que nos pagos é tudo ilimitado, mas seria interessante pra quem ta usando pela primeira vez saber ?
