Dragon (DMO, DMD, DPA, DLA) Web Extension 22.4.845.0 contains the necessary changes and therefore requires Google Chrome version 104 or higher. Your Chrome version is automatically upgraded by Google without any user interaction unless the organization has blocked Google auto-updates.
