niconicoampをインストールしてからニコニコ動画の動画ページを開くとメニュー右端に⊕ボタンが増えているはずです。このボタンを押すとその動画が登録されます。あとはツールバーの►/❚❚ボタンをクリック、あるいはAlt+Zを押すことでその動画の再生/一時停止が出来ます。
