Easily Add Subtitles for Youtube! Making videos is fun, Making subtitles is tedious! You probably know that Youtube automatically generates subtitles (CC) for your videos, especially videos with English as the video language. Automatic captioning is great, it has accurate subtitle timing. However, automatic captions are not perfect, the quality of the captions can vary, which is why we should always review the captions before using them. This extension provides some simple features that allow you to edit subtitles. It also helps you convert subtitle files to different languages in a convenient way. How to use: 1. Install the extension 2. Go to Youtube watch Page (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=) 3. Make sure the CC is available and ready to use (Important!) 4. Refresh (F5) the webpage 5. The extension should start working 6. Edit Subtitles 7. Download it as SRT file 8. Go to Creator Studio 9. Add it to your video 10. Done! * You may want to watch the instructional video we provide to understand the usage of this extension * This plugin can only be used for videos that have been automatically translated by Youtube * If you encounter any problems, please feel free to contact us via email or leave us a comment in our Youtube video: )

So I tried them all. They all looked like they created a proper SRT file.. but they didnt work for my elearning software. This was the only one that did. However you have to go here https://en.editingtools.io/subtitles/ to convert it to a vtt file. Amazing. Thanks Painless CC.
