ChromeOverlay is an extension that lets you create a .GIF or image overlay on every webpage you open in Chrome. All you need is the link to an online image or GIF and it'll show up on top of your page! You can adjust the image transparency and set favorite GIF links for easier access. Now with support for .mp4 and .webm files! This extension truly has a lot of potential! I love the idea, but unfortunately I wont be utilizing it as much as I would have liked to. If there was a way to scale and move the image when comparing it things that aren't Fullscreen I would have given it 5 stars
