it used to be good at telling me what sites are safe but now it just changes my google front page, no more shortcuts, and it's so white that it blinds me, it looks horrible, can't even disable that unless I disable the whole extension. just don't get this extension

its been a good security app been with them for about a year now NO PROBLEMS

i have never dealt with such rude arrogant people, they speak over you, its always your fault, never theres. i have been with Total AV for a couple years. i tried to reinstate my account and my bank stopped the charge after the 7th time, I called customer support and this rude girl started arguing saying " no no no " your bank refused it. i have all the charges in a screenshot on my computer. then she tells me "oh we cancelled your account", thats nice customer service. I am done

I think the paid version is pretty good for a good price. Could be more user friendly especially looking at the other revews but I find it to be worht the cash

I am having the most difficult time trying to get this Total av security program up and running. Call the tech support and the auto msg says to send email. Sent an email and auto response says within 24-48 hours for a response. How frustrating it is to set up a new virus protection product from the #1 company only to be told I can get help by NOT talking to a rep. I think I want to go back to Norton products because I never had difficulties with them.

A note to thank you for your swift and comprehensive reply to my inquiry. Though I’m no smarter with computers than my 7yo grand-daughter, I have been using computers (PCs) for about 20 years now and consequently have had many occasions where I’ve needed help from an app provider, but found it a near impossible task to get a assistance. Do not waste your money! product does not work properly, it was offered to me by Total but I had noting but problems.

Don't waste your money on the pop-up blocker, I spent 24.00 on it, followed all directions and i cant even use google its so bad. But the actual AV is decent.

This is a scam, no tech support and no help when needed.

Too new for any honest review. So far I like it.

I think that the consumer should be aware of the different protection you have to offer and that will cost us more money .i was not informed of this before hand.

Good website filtering service + ad blocker is very effective.

can't get live support, can't get ad block pro onto my phone, a waste of time. good ad for needy clients but they do NOT deliver. CANNOT recommend!

Total Av and Add Block have been nothing but one big disappointment since June of 209. I am told I have to use Google Chrome I tell them I am using Google Chrome now. Total Av and Add Block need to be flushed down the toilet. Any antivirus should work on all browsers that a person chooses to use at their discretion any time of the day but Total AV does not. As for add block this is my second attempt to get it added to my Google Chrome and Total Av tech support can not help. This is sorry PR service.

Looking at the ad blocker and AV as the ads continue to pop up on my computer. Wanted ad blocker, didn't want AV, had to buy AV and then found out that ad blocker did NOT come with AV, had to pay additional to get ad blocker and it still doesn't work. Definitely do NOT recommend!!!

have ads I do not want. Cannot get rid of them. Their solution is to get ad blocker. I need to get the adware removed.
