How it works:
A twitch MODERATOR or BROADCASTER can type "!chant" followed by the message you want to chant.
Every user with this extension installed will see a little popup above the chatbox, just as you might already know.
Click the "Chant" button to take part in the chant

-Adds a fadein animation to the chant popup
-Fixes the chant popup to disappear after 25 seconds if not clicked
-Adds a cooldown to chants that lasts as long as the chant is active
-Adds notification for users in modview or in popout chats
