This is a very cool product that makes online D&D sessions so much more fun. When I first tried them out, I was worried something was wrong because it appeared that the battery life was draining quickly. I got in touch with their support page, and I was informed that the battery drain is not linear; it drains quickly at first, but then lasts for a long time. I can confirm this is true after a three and a half hour gaming session. The battery life was still over 40% after three and a half hours of normal use. The dice worked flawlessly during my game today, and were so fun to use. I am very impressed with the product and even more impressed with the speed and quality of help provided by the support team. They answered my questions and addressed issues that I brought up quickly. They worked hard to make sure my product worked as intended. I can't recommend these dice enough for D&D players using virtual table tops
Love this! The size and the weight and the fact that i roll a real die and not press a button.
If you have multiple sets of dice you have to hope they actually light up when they pair and, even then, you must stare at them when you choose to pair them because you cannot unpair a dice once it's paired (even if you disable bluetooth on your machine, uninstall the extension, and close/reopen the browser). If you are lucky enough to get the dice to light up when they pair, you have to roll a nat 20 in order to get your dice roll to work. Having spent over $100 on these, I am incredibly frustrated. Unless you want to play the games in their dice app on your phone, you're out of luck. If it helps anyone else, I'm "using" these on the most updated version of Foundry, in a Chrome browser, with the dice about a foot away from a bluetooth receiver. Save your money and the space on your harddrive.
