Where can i buy?
Hi. Why can't i custom the date to save the DM? and also i can't open the HTML after i downloaded.
This app needs to display the Date Stamp. It's a crucial detail that's missing when It shouldn't be.
Works well until the end when the browser closes for no reason. This happened 4 times already, right before the end of the zipping process :(
Really helpful personnel, had an issue at start but they fixed it in no time. Would highly recommend the purchase. Worth the buck!

Great tool, but it is stuck on "forming an HTML file". Does it just take a long time to process? it's been about 10 min's now.
The extension is absolutely amazing. The only issue I seem to be having is it keeps saying free trial expired, even though I bought the full version. If it wasn't for that I would have given it a 5 star review. Thanks!

Thanks for this software, but is it normal that it shows 20,000+ messages while its downloading but once I open the HTML file, i cant vide anything? Is it because the conversation im trying to back up is too long?
I love this extension! That's amazing that now you can download more than 20 conversations, however I have really maaaaanyy and after a while a get an error "can't read thread property". Is there a way to avoid it?

Works amazing!! However, I seem to only be able to download DMs for the 20 more recent conversations I've had with people. Is this a restriction for the free trial? Great extension by the way. 5/5 stars for sure. From one developer to another, this is very well made. :)
As of September 20, 2020 doesn't seem to be working. Running Windows 8.1, latest chrome. I'm not sure why it's not working for me, but it seems to be working for everyone else. Basically can't download them at all, doesn't show the download icon or anything. Can only click the app icon and it'll open chats in a limited blown up window. That's pretty much it.
Get an Error Loading, Check console for details Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 () dm.js:223 TypeError: Cannot read property 'prev_cursor' of undefined at downloadChat (dm.js:160)

Here i confirm i have downloaded 24k + 105k + 5 messages now...which includes many media messages tooo...thank u so much for this gr8 help....!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you! It works really well, and I can confirm I could download a direct message history with more than 27'000 items and 500 media files! The only thing not working is voice messages, they are all empty. Please keep up the good work :)
Simply awesome. It worked perfectly. It keeps the chat well formatted and it saves all the media (videos, pics and audios) too. Boom. The only thing that is missing at the moment is that the liked messages are not saved.
