I am definitely not using this system to its fullest but it works extremely well for what I am using it for. Love it and highly recommend!

Using the free version - I wish there were a FEW more options but no real complaints. Love it!

Streak is the best CRM I've used to date (13 April 2023) and I've tried dozens. Best of all, it's free! In the past, I spent no less than 20 hours trying to find a CRM to meet my needs and hated all of them. What I LOVE about Streak: + Beautiful design and intuitive. They colorcode different stages of your pipeline in a gorgeous cascading rainbow of colors. Who doesn't love that?! + Effortlessly integrates into Gmail. Long gone are the days of exporting excel sheets or copying and pasting contact info into a 3rd party website or app to keep my contacts up to date. + It has the little things that make my life easier such as an intuitive app to use when on my iPhone, the ability to schedule date/time sensitive to do's, take notes during a call, and update contact information. What I DISLIKE about Streak Nothing. I love the whole experience. I cannot think of a better service to use for any service provider that's at once intuitive, comes with an app for mobile, is beautifully designed, and made for what you need (and doesn't overload you with 1 million bells and whistles you'll never use). I 100% recommend this service.

Streak has become one of my top Gmail extensions as a solo entrepreneur in dealing with my task, clients and tracking my deals, and love the fact that it is still free. Simple to use with powerful abilities to manage email.

Very easy to use

Absolute must for anyone or an organization that is rooted in Google's suite. Full CRM with automation inside of the Gmail. Works great for individuals and my whole team. Would absolutely recommend trying the free version, and if you're serious the paid version with automation is well worth it.

The thing I really like about Streak is that I don't have to leave Gmail. It is seamless. "This isn't my first rodeo" when it comes to CRM's and I think from a productivity standpoint, Streak is the most functional program I have used. Keep up the good work Team Streak.

Streak is the best and most versatile CRM I have ever used, by far! I have been using it for a few years now and wouldn't think of changing. One thing I would like to see, though, is for the Android app to be as versatile as the desktop integration.

I have been using this for nearly a year and find it's probably the best solution that I have found and tested to do with customer management I work in the building industry and work mainly in Gmail and Google calendars and this integrates very nicely with all of googles systems enabling me to streamline information I have with customers either Customer management systems are not as user-friendly as this I will say it's a bit daunting to start with because there are so many ways of using it but you have to jump in and go for it and then find what works best for you initially I tried several times and stopped and looked for other customer management systems but kept on coming back to this until I really jumped in and found out how it worked. Looking at YouTube there doesn't seem to be any good videos just showing the many ways you can use use this and I'm tempted to do a video as it's just so good

When I started my on business and needed a CRM platform, I looked at several options. Having been familiar with the brands you probably already know, I felt their solution was a bit overkill for my needs. I like the ability to change my CRM and integrations as needs arise. I'm inundated with emails like everyone else. But when I see an update from the Streak team, I always take a moment to see how they are bettering their product, how it is going to make me more productive and how it's going to help my business.

Think of every problem/limitation you're having with your current productivity software subscriptions/extensions/integrations (e.g. CRMs, Snippets, Tasks, Reminders, Tracking, Administrative delegation, etc.). Odds are that Streak will solve most of them, slash your monthly software expenses, and streamline your workflow in ways that will have you instantly regretting you weren't using Streak sooner. Personally, I find reviews a zillion times more meaningful/useful when I know a bit about the reviewer and the reviewer's history with the software. I sell real estate. I've been using Streak for 3 years. I gratefully pay for Streak's Solo Plan ($15/m). Streak offers masterful integration with Google's core productivity products (Gmail, G-Calendar, G-Contacts, G-Meet, etc.). I was burning through "top-shelf" CRMs, always dissatisfied with glaring feature/functionality absences. I wanted a CRM that increased efficiencies AND reduced redundancies, eliminated multiple software subscriptions, and existed WITHIN gmail. Streak achieves all of this (and—believe me—so much more) with flying colours. Not to detract from the many superior features of Streak, but I wish to use the following example to illustrate how exceptional Streak's value offering is. Whatever software you currently use to create snippets (AKA: email templates), if it's robust, your annual cost is likely a significant percentage of what you'd pay for Streak. Yet, Streak's snippet feature is far and away better than every similar snippet software I've ever used (and I've used the top 5 [in terms of largest user bases]). While snippets are but a footnote feature amongst Streak's suite of sophisticated features, my point is that snippets alone are worth the value of a Streak account. Oh, that's right! The snippets are included in Streak's free plan. That's another point. Streak's free plan is so good that I'm sure many users/reviewers have little need for any of the paid plans if they're running a solo operation. Just know this, though. Streak is the good stuff. If your business needs grow, so will your Streak consumption. Thankfully, Streak's paid plans are phenomenally competitive... dare I say, generous. I personally, think that Streak's design is so on point, that it's inevitable your business will grow. Even if you don't have plans to scale your business, my experience has been that Streak's interface engages you in your business in such a manner that it inspires one's imagination to inadvertently wander down new considerations for potential growth. That's notable. I'll conclude succinctly, in stating that Streak's ongoing product maintenance, enhancements and dedication to responsive, thoughtful, customer service don't go unappreciated—hence, this long overdue review.

One of the best CRM software. I an using streak for past 6 yrs and this helps me with the client management.

Easily one of the best and easiest CRMs on the market. Having tried MANY CRM's over the years, Streak is not only the best CRM but it's deep integration with Gmail is the reason why I moved from Microsoft. My productivity has increased 100x because almost everything can be done from the inbox. A must have tool for any business, big or small. Keep up the good work Streak.

I have been using Streak for many years now and I could not run my business without it. It is the most seamless, user friendly, adaptable CRM program I have ever tried, and the customer service is responsive and brilliantly helpful. Best of all, it LOOKS good. What do I like about it? Integration with Gmail means every piece of customer correspondence is easily stored so I have a complete file of our interactions, plus the ability to add notes, tasks etc. Ability to customise pipelines and box information means I can set it up so the information that is important to me is available at a glance, and I can track boxes through every stage of the client journey. For a service provider like me (a lawyer drafting contracts & providing risk management mentoring for online small business owners) it is invaluable. I used the free version for years until I needed more boxes. I now have 11 pipelines and close to 1500 boxes. I never have to worry about a client slipping through the cracks - and I have a full library of client snippets that saves me an incredible amount of time. It is as close to perfect as I could imagine a CRM could be. I just hope they never ever go out of business as I would be lost without them!

The integration with our email system means this CRM tool actually gets used!!! Very powerful to have custom variables for our pipelines at our fingertips.

It gets the job done. Good organization and easy to group / edit data. What else do you need to keep track of your leads?

Hi all Users of Streak, Do you have any trouble contacting the customer service or sales contact from Streak? I have been trying to connect with them (Andrew Stewart and Olivia White) since December last year. Their replies came intermittently. They have gone responsive for a month since their last reply. Have you all contacted anybody in Streak that are responsive and is able to help in my queries? Please share it with me. Thank you very much.

I think fully integrated CRMs are the way to go and Streak is really good. The issue here is cost. We ended up choosing Nethunt over Streak. Being able to share pipelines was important. With Nethunt it's $300 per user annually and with Streak it's $600. Double the cost so employees can share data. Streak Pros - Can add entire domain to a record - Goes back and assigns old emails to a record - It's smart. Suggestions are always on point. Streak Cons - Looks Dated. - Cost Cost Cost. $600 per employee is nuts. If the $15 tier or something in between included sharing of pipelines we would've gone with Streak

Great tool. Especially love the email tracker. However, I am deleting it because I just realized that it REQUIRES FULL permissions (Read/Edit/Delete) for Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts and Calendar. Why does it need Read/Write/Delete for all of those services!?!?!? Here are the REQUIRED permissions. YIKES! -Read, compose, send, and permanently delete all your email from Gmail -See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files -See, edit, download, and permanently delete your contacts -See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar

really happy with this. I have the free version and it works great for my needs. I just need to track clients through my process (photography studio) and keep track of reminders and personal info for each. works great.

I use the free version. It has been a GREAT help to organize sales leads and manage approved projects! It integrated very nicely with the web browser! (Chrome and Edge) The work flow was a little getting use to, but it works fine for what is needed. It's handy that there is an app for the iPhone. But I cannot easily be productive in the app so far... The work flow is not the same and some of the features are not present or don't work (on iPhone or iPad(s). And, I can't read entire email or easily look at all attachments. it's weird that it doesn't work well). Would love a web portal (to overcome the IOS barriers since there is no way to add the extension to the IOS Browsers (which would be great!). I have tried them all... If I could be productive with it on my IOS devices, I could break free of the PC and just work out of the iPad Pro. (Maybe someday...) Till then, It is a life saver on the PC (as an extension in the browser) Thanks.

Streak is a great CRM tool, specially if your using Gmail as your entry point for communications, it gives me great viability on status, updates, next steps and reminders, I love this tool ,knowing that I am using the free version .

We use Streak for our 6 person sales/operations/marketing team and we all love it! We've been using it for about six months but picked up up easily right from the get-go. Integrating into Gmail makes it easy to keep up with our leads and follow an order all the way through. We also use it for marketing reports and for our previous customer database as well. I also use Streak to connect to other things through Zapier and the integrations have gone smoothly. Truly a great app!

Extremely easy to use and powerful. Having the CRM as part of gmail saves a ton of time. Only problem I have is that within my 2 months of using Streak there were already 2 downtimes.

After trying numerous CRM solutions I determined that Streak is unquestionably the most compatible with Gmail and, in my case, more importantly, Google Workforce (AKA G-Suite). The app is totally customizable. My prospect tracking and follow-up has never been so easy. Pre-written email (snippets) make repetitive messaging a breeze! And mail merge too! And this is just the FREE version!

The plugin has broken the left side nav in Gmail. Now anytime I drag an email to a folder, the entire left nav turns white/blank. Cleared cookies, uninstalled/reinstalled, nothing helped.

Streak is my go-to for a lightweight CRM tool and actually has great depth of functionality as well!

This tool is so incredibly useful. The integration with Gmail is outstanding. I spend substantially less time reading and re-reading and re-reading email. Now I can really 'touch it once' and act on it now or to a plan. I don't forget to keep in touch, and I have a much better view of where I need to focus my time in my pipeline. And this is just with the FREE version. I look forward to growing into Pro, but for now, I'm happy to sing its praises. Also, yes, the Android app needs a bit of help, but the browser tool is so powerful, who cares. Unless you really live on your phone, this is an excellent tool. They'll get there and I'm happy to wait.

Best piece of software ever!

Great tool and easy to navigate. It's user friendly, too though I haven't had the time exploring all of it's capabilities yet.

I installed Streak for email tracking, but as far as I can tell from testing it with my own email accounts, it only marks emails as read if the email is opened in mobile. In some cases I've had people reply to emails and the email is still marked as unread. Overall the tool is semi-helpful because I can sometimes see when people opened emails (so, 2 stars), but also very unhelpful since the unread marker is unreliable. I reached out to Streak support twice over several days and received no response, so will likely be uninstalling it.

Streak is absolutely incredible! I only use it for the free email tracking, but it really helps!

Streak is fantastic! It allows me to manage all of my sales, project and customer tracking right through Gmail. It's really flexible and easy to use, and saves me so much time and effort by letting me keep everything I need in the place I'm spending so much of my time anyway. The email snippets alone streamline my sales response time and allow me to be really responsive to my customers. I love the simplicity and ease of use of Streak! I've been managing my job search efforts - just like one does a sales effort - and it does a great job of keeping everything organized. That it layers over my number one communication tool Gmail is a huge help: I don't have to learn something new and am that much more efficient, more quickly!

I love streak. The more I use it, the more I find it can do. It has centralized so much for my business I find I have gained around 30 - 45 minutes a day in production time, but more than that, it's restored much more focus to my tasks at hand.

I am over the moon with this easy to use, easy to add system which has made such a difference to my small business and managing clients. I can not recommend it more highly. It has totally changed my live for the better, saving me time and making information quick and easy to view, all in one place!

I believe I came across Streak via the 'Black Box' a few years ago. With the speed of business nowadays Streak has helped me stay on track with the phases of each project going on. What I appreciate the most about it, is how it allows me to tailor my pipelines according to my work flow philosophy. The designers must really appreciate efficiency because their updates always include more expedient ways to accomplish organizational tasks! Keep up the good work!

I use the free version of streak for tracking requests throughout a team environment as well as the sales process. Its really handy when you work with multiple people on one project as it helps keep us all informed as to where each person is at. I also love that it lives within Gmail.

Life changing - I'm in love

The concept of this plug in is FANTASTIC! The free version Keeps crashing my chrome. Its such a shame, because the concept of the plugin helps me be productive but instead of helping me it keeps crashing =[[[

Makes managing tasks, and clients really easy. You don't have to leave Gmail to be productive so it fits into your workflow. Recommend for everyone using Gmail or G Suite.

Spectacularly useful for tracking progress of a process that is repetitive! I find this add-on very useful for project management. We have a shop process that is repetitive, and having a single screen where I can visually see the status every project in the process is immensely helpful. I'd love to give Streak 5 stars but I think they have to work on some stability and reliability issues (sometimes the Gmail screen loads WITHOUT Streak loading). For now, I'd say that it's a 4.5 star product/service.

This is the single best email productivity tool out there. Works seamlessly with Gmail and it has amazing flexibility. Streak allows us to follow up with customers and leads and provides a proper framework for our sales and marketing. Amazing work guys!!!!

Having used and implemented SFDC, the gold standard in CRMs, I was looking for something for personal use, that integrated easily. I found the free version of Streak CRM met all of my criteria. Just enough features to make it an easy daily organizational tool. Thanks!

One of the best CRM/Sales productivity tool that I have come across. I have tried almost every other CRM solution and Streak is just outstanding. Seamless integration with Gmail, it's a complete solution for individuals, teams, small & large businesses and even freelancers. Though, I'm on a free version, I use Streak daily, this is the only application that I use to its fullest capabilities on a free version and I just can't think of working without it now. Thanks a million to the entire team at Streak CRM for making my life/work easy. Great job done!

Finally! I've been looking for a built-in gmail app that allows me to keep track of all my projects in the sales pipeline process (including leads and post-completion follow-ups) and quickly link emails (either the specific email itself or any emails sent by a certain person/organization) to that project without having to leave Gmail - this is it!

Great simplicity, well integrated in GMail. I am an estate agent keeping track of relationships with sellers, buyers and suppliers plus marketing projects. I do everything right in GMail, visual, color co-ordinated... which makes it easy to prioritize and to focus on the activities that move people along my pipeline. Streak is excellent!

I use the Free version to track my projects and the various stages of processes. I love that this integrates so smoothly with Gmail, and have eliminated the need for several other project management tools because of Streak's functionality. Love the desktop, but think the app still needs some work. Great job Streak; thank you!

Great app, super helpful for keeping track of things!

It's been an excellent way to connect with my prospective clients through out the world. The services which are free and easy to use from Streaks are very practical and with the free service 50 emails a day is just perfect. I am delighted in using streak free service and will upgrade this month to allow more e-mails daily.

The Privacy policy outright states that it can access/ read /delete each email/files in google drive. Which I think is a gross violation of user's privacy. Also I find that data sharing with 3rd party is not clearly specified. I find this app to be huge red flag for any user who has sensitive items on google account, since this app will be able to access it all.

Amazing!!!

It's okay. Good for tracking opens but I wouldn't recommend it as a CRM. Clutters up the inbox (particularly on smaller screens) and is just too cumbersome for anything serious. Plus the UI is quite buggy which is pretty annoying.

Been having problems in gmail integration for weeks now. It doesnt properly load for some reason, pipelines symbol keeps looping and looping. and therefore remains useless. what a waste

These guys just didn't respond to our support tickets. Our team has sent several and they don't respond. Listen, I get it -- we're on the free plan and they're providing a free service (which I appreciate). But then just say you don't provide support to people on the free plan. Or send out a form message telling people it'll be X amount of time before you get back to them. But don't have a support option and then not respond to your customers. That just doesn't make sense.

Simple and easy to use and it offers a mobile version the syncs with the desktop application. I can easily add to my pipeline on the go. Love this app! Bravo to the developers!

Used to be great. Then it stopped working completely. Can't even log in now. It keeps telling me to login. It goes through the process...then nothing. I've removed all other pluins, restarted my computer. Still nothing.

I am a current Enterprise customer and use Streak for my business. Streak is a great software WHEN IT IS NOT CRASHING. The software has been crashing sporadically the past few months and my team and I have been trying to work through it. At this point it is ridiculous how often the software is CRASHING WEEKLY. To make matters even worse, the Streak SUPPORT TEAM IS NON-EXISTENT. I have contacted them multiple times for answers regarding the crashes and they either don't respond or they tell me that they're looking into it and never get back to me. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING STREAK TO USE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

Looks like It's easy to use, the colors are helpful, and the visuals to see where you are in terms of ALL the projects is great.

I've been using Streak for about four years and it was GREAT...back when it worked. Now, pipelines don't load and tracking doesn't work anymore. All it does now is slow down my Inbox. I did some troubleshooting when Streak first stopped working, removed the extension, updated Chrome, and added the extension back again. I sent an email last night, made sure tracking was on, and when I went to check the status of the message this morning, there's no tracking on any of my emails at all anymore. It's a shame. I loved this extension and relied on it heavily. After nearly four years of using it, it's very sad to have to remove it, but there's not much point in keeping something that no longer works. Hopefully there's a functional substitution I can find to replace it.

Signed up for PRO version. I'm having a lot of issues with Streak slowing my gmail down to a crawl. Crashing my gmail often. A real productivity killer. Streak customer service/support has been non-existent. :(

Some good features, but terrible customer service. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. Also very expensive for what it does.

I love Streak, it can be difficult at first b ut it functions just like a excel or google sheets with some stuff in between, I am a Real Estate agent that was looking for a CRM and this way built my own database and systems and personally love it.

privacy issues why does it need access to delete my google drive and files ?and see whos been shared to has nothing to do with gdrive

We are in commercial real estate and we have a team that has evaluated a lot of different CRM products. That fact that Streak operates natively within Gmail (I.e., not having to jump to different windows), automatically captures interactions, allows for team visibility and has a highly intuitive pipeline that is integrated into our regular workflow. Can't say enough good things about Streak. Well done.

I've been using Streak (integrated with Gmail) for my music entertainment business for years now, and I cannot imagine life without it. I've experienced no problems/glitches compared to the routine issues that bubble up with most other technology today. Streak has been solid and keeps adding useful features, even on the free version, which I use everyday.

Edit 2 (April 2020) - it's been massively improved and works great now. 5/5 - well done! *** Edit: since using for a while I've noticed it crashes a lot, disappearing from gmail. I'm pretty sure this is due to multiple sign-in, as it only happens after I sign in to both my gmail and my google apps gmail. Please fix asap! Reloading tab doesn't help, and sometimes even restarting browser doesn't. With no web interface I am effectively locked out of my sales pipeline until the app decides to reappear upon another browser restart. It's a beta, so this is understandable, but this app is by no means a perfect 5* just yet. Can't wait for the bugs to be fixed, it's a winner when it works! ***** Love this app - it's still a beta and some things aren't quite 100% yet, but wow it's so useful and works with Gmail (no google apps needed). I'd like to see ability to pull in mailchimp lists and add them as google contacts in groups. Add to mailchimp lists would be great too. Amazing work - keep it up guys!

This is an amazingly powerful Chrome extension. The first feature I fell in love with was the ability to write an email at 2:43 AM and send it at 8 AM or at 2:20 next Wednesday. But that was icing on the cake. The reason I got it was the horrible inadequacy at the time of Google's implementation of email templates. With Streak it captured the Subject line, formatting and everything else that was important. So things like reminder letters or, "hey, your membership is about to lapse", became far easier. Then, I learned how to use it! Once you understand the pipeline metaphor and moving your recipients through that pipeline, and to be able to make the stages based on your own needs and logic, it really shines. Flexibility is key to me. I may have the same body of recipients moving through multiple stages or pipelines at any given time. Sometimes that's temporary based on an event or promotion. Streak gives me the ability to handle that. And that's all just with the free version. Based on the my volume it's just very flexible. The fact that it's using your own gmail or G-Suite account makes the messages that much more personal.

Super helpful, even Free version works great for support work, You don't need complex Support ticketing system.

For a limited amount of time I've used the free version of Streak (2-3 weeks), I'm pretty satisfied. I love that it works with Gmail. I've just started my first email campaign and created follow up tasks for each email sent. My objective is to have a tool that allows me to track correspondence, tasks and follow up, as well as comments on each account. I anticipate Streak will help me do these things!

Great CRM. It all syncs with GMail and has everything you need. I don't think there is a better free CRM on the market.

Streak is a real timesaver and organization tool! It came highly recommended from my brother's company of over 150 employees. There company relies heavily on Streak's functionality. And even though I am managing a very small company and I am the only user, it is still just as functional and useful to me. Every email is quickly linked to a customer account and instantly I am able to update the status of the job and record pertinent customer info. New feature to add calendar dates and appointments is great, too. There are regular updates and any problem has always been corrected very quickly and acknowledged by the Streak Team. The customer service is excellent and they do not harass you to upgrade or upsell you like some companies.

An absolute must-have tool for me as I started and grew my own business. Streak is so smart, simple and easy-to-use. I am constantly showing up at the right time for my customers and I cannot believe it's free.

I did a fair bit of reasearch on CRM's for personal use to track my networking and opportunities. I choose streak and have not been disappointed. It integrates seamlessly with gmail, and is easy to learn. Meets all my needs and constantly making great improvements.

I think it's great been using since day 1 ..Love it , I dont think you can go wrong using this with gmail, it always works No bugs ever. But there are some things I would add.. But diff great product ....Michael..

Love Streak! I've used some of the big CRM tools for different companies I've worked at, and Streak is my favorite to date. I use it at my normal 9 to 5 and use it separately to track personal sales for my freelance work. It's super user-friendly and integrates flawlessly into Gmail. Great for seasoned sales veterans and entry-level reps alike!

Love using streak! It keeps me updated with everyone I need to be in touch with day-to-day. I honestly don't know how I would stay productive without it.

Good over all :) Would prefer it it is more clear which fields are hidden, and option to create new linked box within the record (Linked boxes, "add" button). Keep up with a good work :)

Everyone in our studio struggles with the amount of communications in Google Mail and tracking conversations over time. Since using Streak it has made a remarkable positive impact on my workflow. I spend at least 80% of my time now in Streak rather than in Google Mail. The crm functionality is generous for a free version. The interface is highly intuitive making it easy to start working and learning new function. Streak is a lifesaver. As soon as my lead list expanded past 100, tracking leads by spreadsheet became overwhelming. It does take a little bit of learning curve to get everything setup, but now I've paid back that time 10x (or more) in efficiency. Highly recommend.

I have been using the free version for years...maybe 5+ years at this point. I find it essential to running my digital media business. Support is quick to help and dedicated to improving their software by being open to any suggestions.

I love Streak for my Real Estate business and I have turned other agents on to it as well. Very easy for me to use, combined with CloudHQ it is a powerful CRM. I would suggest everyone try it before paying a boat load of money every month for something else.

I am using the free version and find it to be very helpful for tracking leads etc. Not having used CRM before I don't really have a basis for my comments but it definitely makes my life a whole lot easier being able to keep tabs on things from a single platform. I'd switch to the paid version in a heartbeat so that I could integrate more of our staff into the process, making their lifes easier and allowing me to track processes much more easily. Right now we can't afford to upgrade but hopefully things will get better. Stay well.
