We love using RoboForm!!

I'm a fan of Roboform. Have used it since 2006. It's easy, syncronized and useful anywhere on the road too.

Been using it for at least 20 years! I can't imagine doing passwords any other way. In addition to sign-in ID & password, I use the NOTES section to record my history and other important info about the related website - eg for a credit card, when and why the credit card number was changed. eg for an ezine subscription, how and when to renew it. eg for an online store or automated payment, what credit card(s) are saved by that site, so when the credit card expiration date changes I know where I need to update the info online.

Using it for years now and absolutely need it all day, through all devices. Awesome work!

I have used Roboform for over 10 years now and it has not once let me down. I use it on my computers, and mobile devices. I don't need to remember the passwords for my accounts because Roboform does that for me. In fact, I can create complicated and secure passwords to make sure that my accounts are safe. Roboform is the best password manager I have used!

Very good pass manager. Easy to use, safe, with nice amount of functionalities.

Why I love Roboform.Works flawlessly and seamlessly across multi operating systems, with different browsers. Desktops and mobiles. I can store my passwords on my own desktop for accessibility with or without internet access.  I can take my passwords anywhere, anytime. I don't feel locked in or trapped. If the company fails to exist - my data is still accessible and usable. Over the years I have had a couple of questions and one issue. Support has been fast to answer.  Thank you Roboform team.

They updated the Chrome extension today to Version 9.4.3.0 which seems to have broken Opera.

I have been using RoboForm for over a decade. I don't worry about my passwords (or even know most of them). I love that I can generate passwords of any length and don't even have to know what they are. I don't worry about what happens if a site is compromised because none of my passwords are the same on any site. I can give access to my family members to some of my passwords which is helpful at vacation time. Wonderful product.

I can't live without RoboForm anymore

I've been using RoboForm for a long time... I've lost track, but easily over a decade, and it is still number one in my considered opinion. From time to time, I try out some of the leading competitors, but when you consider the value vs. cost, RoboForm is the indisputable leader. On the few occasions that I've needed help or had an issue, the support is second to none. I don't always get exactly what I want but I do get a reasoned response. I really like it that I can use it with a variety of Windows apps such as Quicken and others as well as seamlessly use it on my iPhone.

Have used roboform for years and love it. They do a good job and don't try to be anything more than what they are. In other words, they are good security and low overhead. Love this product.

I have used and loved Roboform for years. However recently I ran into a Master PW problem due to changing it, as they warned me of a potential hack attempt. Once I changed it my other devices would no longer sync. After following their procedure to change PWs on other devices (which I already had done), it still would not work. Their support is ONLY online and I believe you are talking to a computer in chat. After getting in the Que, I went from 1 to 3 and back to 1 and after over 1 hr finally got an answer which did not work. Very frustrating and certainly unacceptable. I later rec'd an e-mail reply directing me to an online procedure which was easy to follow. However that did not work also. After many attempts it blocked me and I had to wait for it to reset quite some time. It is finally fixed, however overall I gave it a 3 because after many years as a subscriber, the support SUCKS in my opinion. I've been using this for approx 20+ years with only 1 prior minor problem, but the way support worked this time, I think the company has deteriorated although the product has been very reliable until this incident.

It just works with no hassle. I can't think of any feature I might add to it. It is the best!

Reliable, affordable, safe and user friendly. It is the only password manager I have used over the years and no regrets thus far.

Hello, I came online in early 1995 at 38 years old. That year I became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (M.C.S.E.). I always stay with Pioneers of software. Siber Systems, Inc. who developed RoboForm, was founded in 1995 and whose HQ's is located in Fairfax Virginia. Siber Systems, Inc. released RoboForm in 1999. I purchased it. I have used it ever since, but because I'm an I.T. guy I'm always on the look out for what we in the industry refer to as a "Killer App", short for Killer Application. While using RoboForm I have installed and tried many other Password Managers to compare them against RoboForm. They are no longer installed and I'm sticking with the Pioneer in Password managers... I have used Roboform since I discovered it, oh, about 200 years ago. Seriously, I build and prepare computers for clients and Roboform is the first application I advise to install. Absolutely nothing compares. It is installed on ALL my personal computers, and I really do not know what I would do without it. (the second utility I always advise is Clipmate... but that's another review.)

I have been using the system pretty much when they just started or 15 years ago or so. It's been an absolute lifesaver and I don't even understand how I can live without it now. More important to understand is that unlike many password managers this software was originally designed to help you fill out long and annoying forms online. Hence the name - RoboForm! The combination of these two essential tools are awesome and the system is well thought out and supported. Much respect to the team and thank you very much for a great product. That's a paid version of a software I'm paying every year without any regrets :)

When Roboform is selected in Google settings, I want a choice to ALSO automatically save in Google passwords. Who knows what might happen that would cause passwords on either app to malfunction... or worse.

I've been using RoboForm since 2005 and I love it. It is easy and intuitive. I have so many sites requiring passwords that I could not remember them all. Since I'm mandated to change most passwords every so often I must use this password manager. Much more efficient and secure than writing them down somewhere, only to forget where I wrote them down. An absolute life-changer.

I have tried many password vaults but I have not been satisfied. But then I found Roboform and I LOVE IT. It is easy to use and I can have it on my mobile phone as well. I will NEVER get any other vaults because now I have THE BEST one.

It's generally okay, though has some minor flaws with not reading username/password fields correctly or not proposing password generation. Also there are some fields that prompt an updat to the credentials that shouldn't do that (like one-time passwords for some secured logins). But all in all it's a solid app.

Really excellent app. I use it everyday. It is very user friendly. I tried othere apps but this one is clearly better.

I've used Roboform for years. All function, little fluff. It's lightweight and easy to use.

Takes time to change all one's passwords, which I needed to do, but WELL worth it with Roboform! Have used RF for about a month with no problems at all! Count me very satisfied!

After like one week of using this I lost my master password. Word of advice: do not ever lose that thing or you'll have to reset *every* password you have, which i suppose is a testament to how secure this does it's best to be I havent been using it long but apart from that I've had no issues with the extension, and it keeps all my passwords locked away yet easily accessible.

Great password manager and Chrome extension that pairs with it. I haven't had any troubles with it. I really like the password generator and that all the new passwords sync to the desktop app so they are saved and available without server connection. I also like how intuitive the password creation and management are with RoboForm. Highly Recommend it.

Seamless operation. Like always, Roboform has produced another winning solution to support the users requirements. Yes, I would recommend it to both the novice and experienced user. It is safe.

I have been using RoboForm for better than 10 years. I have over 700 files stored, passwords and saved notes. I love this program. I only need to remember one password and can create passwords that are strong and secured. I can access my info anywhere and was a life saver when I was out of town and my truck was stolen. I had license plate, vin # and insurance info when I needed it now. I don’t plan on changing to any other password manager.

Been a user for over 12 years and it just gets better all the time.... Customer support has been great over the years, only needed them a few times and always a pleasure to deal with. Even my techno challenged wife has found it user friendly and that's a huge accomplishment for any software developer.

My VA can't ever get Roboform to work, even though she has downloaded the extension and has a folder of passwords set up for her. Also, Roboform only auto populates on possible login and password even though we have multiple for different sites. It won't let me choose which one I would like to use.

I have used RoboForm for over 10 years and find it to be the Best password manager. I have never had a problem with the program and highly recommend to all my acquaintance's. The features make it so easy to use on all devices with seamless Sync. With security getting more complicated on sites this is a must have program.

Been using Roboform for over 10 years and it has proven to be extremely reliable and transparent. Easy to add or remove logins, uses few system resources, warns of compromsed passwords and easially allows passswrod changes. I have never regretted my purchase of this amazing program.

I agree with Kirk. Roboform never seems to get mentioned yet it is the best system available. I was a 1Password user for a long time but switched and couldn't be happier.

I've used KeePass, LastPass, KeePassDX, BitWarden, Avira Password Manager, and Norton Password Manager -- RoboForm is the best.

Been using Roboform for years and love it. Nothing compares. If I ever had an issue support was quick to help me. I have tried others to see if they were better or cheaper but none compare. Funny thing is you never see anyone rating it or comparing it to others. Maybe because there is no competition Works great and is easy to use..

Very Simple and Great Password Manager

Been using RoboForm for quite a few years and I can honestly say, that I would be lost without it. I have multiple computers in different areas of the building and it's nice to know that I don't need to carry a list of passwords around with me. I highly recommend it!

Works very fine for me on my PC and mobile phone. Easy to use and fills in most of the fields. The PIN code protecting my passwords works just as I expected, and I tried few other password managers and they didn't meet my expectations in this regard. In my view Roboform is worth a try.

I used Myki before RoboForm and feel RoboForm is more robust. Myki was adequate for a free app. The conversion from Myki to RoboForm was problematic. Some of the logins did not upload. Some of the uploaded logins did not have the correct url. I had a good amount of reconciliation to do before it was operational. On a day to day basis, it performs well.

Roboform My Trusted Friend I have been a Roboform user for over 8 years now and have never had any concerns about my important and confidential data being secure. In that time I have had friends sign up to Roboform who are enjoying similar experiences. During this time the updates have been a reason for my continued use, especially when Roboform implemented extensions like Google Chrome. The ease of use has just got better and better. There is no part of Roboform that I do not use - profiles, notes and logins, they all work amazingly well - Its well worth the consideration to look at Roboform.

Been using it for quite a few years now and with all the passwords I have it would take several desks worth of space to put stickies on. Anyway, between my 3 computers and 2 phones in the house it works great. And you are able to print your passwords just in case.

Roboform is one of my "must have" programs/apps. I've used it for over a decade and it works seamlessly between my computer, phone, and tablet. I looked at some other (free) password managers for my mom as she wasn't convinced she needed a pay version. I thought if I found one I liked, I could set her up with it and also use it myself. I spent a lot of time on several occasions researching and trying different ones, but none could compare (by a long shot) to the ease of use and features of Roboform. It's one of the very first things I re-install when getting a new device. My mom can't imagine doing without it now also. Is it worth the money? Absolutely.

We have been using Roboform for several years. I have looked at other PW managers but they are the best for me. The cost for all my devices, 4 WIN computers, 2 Chromebooks, 2 tablets and our 2 phones is very low and affordable. It puzzles me why it doesn't make the so called "best" reviews on the web. I guess they are not greasing the reviewers?

Solid easy to use solution

I love RoboForm. Using RoboForm makes logging in quick and safe. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have had no issues using RoboForm since moving away from LastPass. Secure and easy to use.

I've used a couple other password managers over the years (Password Safe and One Locker, for example). Each had their own benefits and shortcomings. I must say, though, that RoboForm has so many benefits and very few shortcomings that I can find. I like how it can automatically log you into websites without having to enter your user ID and password, and how it auto-fills web forms. I also like that the passwords are securely stored on the cloud so that I can access them using the RoboForm app from my smartphone or other devices. I no longer have to keep separate copies of my passwords on different devices and worry about keeping things in sync. And RoboForm comes with several built-in tools, such as a password generator that allows you to generate new passwords according to rules that can be tailored to match the requirements of the particular website you're generating the password for. Very useful! Those details just scratch the surface of what RoboForm can do for you. I haven't really found any significant shortcomings in this tool yet. It seems to have everything I could ever want in the way of a password manager tool.

I've been using Roboform, and sharing it with my wife, for about 25 years. I LOVE ROBOFORM!! I've looked at other Password Managers and have actually used LastPass for about 20 years. LastPass greatly disappoints me. I don't like it, and LastPass having data breaches is not good. SO ... go for it. Use Roboform. I have it on all my electronic devices and use it many times every day. LOVE LOVE IT! I also appreciate and use the SAFENOTES a LOT. I keep information on many family things and client info that I need to have available but secure. I also love using the IDENTITIES to store banking and credit card info. It's a joy to click on a button have have Roboform fill out personal info and CC info when I'm ordering stuff. AND ... it's all secured by my main password which is 18 characters long. The only password that my wife and I need to remember.

Over the years I've tried several password managers, the names of which you would recognize if I mentioned them. A trusted friend recommended RoboForm and I switched immediately. For me it works better on Android than anything I've ever used and it works flawlessly on Windows. I love it. It's well worth the money for the paid version.

I've been using Roboform for 15 or more years. It has only gotten better and easier to use. I highly recommend the product. Between the saved login credentials and SafeNotes, as well as the pw generator, all my needs for a pw manager have been met. Keep up the great work!

I have been using RoboForm for years. I am spoiled. I couldn't do without it. I have never had one problem with this app. The only bad part is I don't write my passwords down I just let RoboForm do the job. Every now and then I will make copies of my passwords from the app by printing them out.

Been using Roboform since it was just a form filler app. I find it to be outstanding as a password manager. Easy to use and highly functional.

Works for the vast majority of websites. Helps keep you safe by ensuring every site has a unique password. It also monitors whether your user account may have been compromised and when it's time to update your password to keep you safe. I've been using Roboform for may years and it keeps getting better each year.

Have used it for many many years when it first came out. The only thing I dislike about now is the constant reminder to update my password and with no way to turn it off. Otherwise, I find it to be a must have program but not happy when they took away my life time license.

very simple EZ to use

I used LastPass for many years but recently switched to RoboForm...They both do pretty much the same thing, but I found that Roboform seems to "sense and fill-in" userids/passwords both in a browser and phone than the other product, so I switched to it. It just seems to work for all the things I need.

Ho acquistato ROBOFORM due mesi fa dopo molti anni di utilizzo di 1Password e trovo che abbia qualche tool in meno (carte di credito, conti bancari per esempio) rispetto all'applicazione che usavo precedentemente, ma il costo per 5 utilizzi è decisamente più economico e giustifica qualche mancanza.

I've used RoboForm for a very long time, well over a decade. I've had to try others and time has proven RoboForm to be my number 1 password manager! It is great! As others have said, Invaluable!

I have used this program for keeping passwords and other information I want kept secure since TurboPassword went away from the old Palm phone days; another words a very long time. On the PC the program works exceptionally well and deserves every one of those 5 starts. On my Android phone, I would give it a 3 star as the app integration doesn't work very well and I usually have to go into the app itself to copy and paste passwords.

I have been using it for about a year and I am enjoying it. It is not always intuitive moving from device to device, but once you figure that out you are in business.

I switched to Roboform a couple months ago after another data breach at Lastpass, which I had used for about 5 years. Finally gave up on Lastpass and bought a Roboform subscription based on decent reviews and lower cost. Not perfect, but it works well enough.

I switched to RoboForm to sync up password and payment card data across different operating systems and browsers. It works wonderfully as a browser extension and on iphone across different apps. It also seems secure.

Been using this for a year and a half. It is excellent! there are some new features that would be great such as recognising MFA codes and inputting those for you automatically but all in all this is a great product

I am the same as most reviewers I see here. I have been using Roboform for more then 10 years. Maybe 15 or more. It works with all browsers and in all major OSes (one way or another). Yes there is a cost but is not your accounts and password safety worth it? They continue to provide better and better support in Android. I don't understand why Roboform is not talked about the 1Password, Keeper and others. It has truly been a great product. Now if they would support usb passkeys like Yubi for MFA, that would be awesome.

It's incredible! So intuitive and easy to use. It's literally changed my life. I feel so much more secure and I'm able to seamlessly navigate the many, many sites I access daily with just a few clicks. My only regret is that I didn't get RoboForm years ago.

FINALLY. A PASSWORD MANAGER THAT DOES IT ALL. Phenomenal. Use across all devices by simply viewing and copying your crazy complex password and texting it to yourself to copy/paste from iphone to mac/ipad/etc.

Password managers are an absolute must-have in this day and age, and Roboform works great and updates regularly alongside the constantly evolving webernet and world of cybersecurity. I couldn't say where it ranks among competitors because in my ~15 years of using it, I've never been given a reason to think about switching. It's basically just worked fine the entire time and even gained many new features along the way.

My wife and I have been using Roboform for probably around 10 years now. I remember when it was one of the few if not the only password manager around. We use it for everything including putting all our personal information in for our identities and for filling out forms online or just to retrieve needed info -- like driver's license or insurance policy numbers. Roboform is an essential life hack and has become part of simplifying and securitizing our daily lives.

I have RoboForm almost since the beginning when it first came out. I currently used the paid subscription and like the fact that it keeps all my PWDs in sync and I can use it across all my devices. I highly recommend the product as it does everything very well. There are a couple of things it doesn't do but that is not problem as I think they learn as new webpages change how they request the username and password.

The problem with Roboform, they have now limited the free version TO ONLY 1 DEVICE, which is causing the problems we have been reading in the reviews. I quite agree with most of the complaints regarding Roboforms latest policy where people suddenly find they are being pressured to up grade to a subscription and thereby locating ones personal data in the cloud. IT MAY SOUND A GOOD IDEA, BUT IT IS NOT SAFE and don't say you won't be hacked!! I, like a lot of others, by the reviews, do not want all the fancy dandy junk Roboform wants one to buy!! I ONLY WANT, a password manager that runs on my desktop/ mobile device and is NOT connected to a cloud storage, only stored on my device and that ALLOWS ME RUN IT ON UP TO THREE DEVICES---NOT ONLY ONE!!! (Could be a paid for option) I am refusing the latest updates and are now looking for other options. Also hoping Roboform will come to their senses and provide ALL what people require/want!! Have used Roboform for many years and is a good program---IF IT SUITS ONE!!

I've been using it for many years and it keeps getting better and better. I rarely see it listed in reviews of password managers, but it does everything well. Unlike some others, I don't think that they have had any breeches.

I have used Roboform for years. Well worth the reasonable investment. I couldn't live without it. It would be nice if there was an easier way to store iOS app credentials, but that's minor.

I have used Roboform for around 10 years. It simply does what it is advertised to do and does it w/o a bunch of fuss. I have used it on many different browsers w/o issues and the version updates have been effortless and did not break anything. Just good old fashion reliability.

I've been using Roboform for over 5 years now and I have zero complaints. I have recommended and would recommend it to anyone. It's easily integrated into all of your devices, you can configure security settings to allow for less or more privacy, setup an emergency contact in case you need someone else to access your logins, store safe notes (I'll keep things like gift lists in here and random account numbers), and you can also create Identity cards for easy fill-in for things like credit cards and shipping information. It's also 256 bit encrypted so I know it's all nearly impenetrable. Roboform does not keep any password information and while that means if I forget my master password, there is no way to reset it, it also means that even if there is a breach on their servers, my information is not being accessed. And that is more important than the off chance that I forget my master password and need a reset.

By far my most valuable app. I have been using it for at least a decade on every single device I use. INVALUABLE!

Great Product!

I have relied on RoboForm for as long as they have been in business. It never fails me. If you rely on its capabilities for password generation, you will be safer from attacks for sure.

Highly recommend it. Been using this for 2 years now and probably will until I leave this earth. Easy to use and just so damn efficient.

Very easy to use and auto fills seemlessly from my chrome browser. An improved auto fill for the smartphones would be nice though, it has trouble autofiling open apps I've found. Other than that, its very affordable, safe (so far) and user friendly.

I have been using Roboform since it was first released in 1999 and have never had any problems with it. It was a free app then, now you have to pay, well, they have to make money somehow. Yes, you can get similar apps for free, and most major browsers have a password manager built in these days. Moving over would be a bit of a hassle, but I know Roboform, it has never let me down in 24 years so I trust it. I do not trust browser password managers.

It's now forcing you to pay after keeping passwords on it (Like ransomware). Use something else if you are looking for a free app.

I have been using RoboForm Password Manager for some time now and it is the BEST! Easy to use, organized well, the ability to create very strong passwords and the functionality of auto fill.

I've been using RoboForm for a couple of years now. I keep a lot in it and use it across multiple devices. I've had a few issues with changing passwords and it not keeping up. And for some reason it wants to put all the sites at my work underneath the same url, overwriting any credentials I had stored. I'm learning to live with it.

An excellent password manager. Keep up with new developments and you will be fine. Also, don't expect something this good and this critical to be "free." You get exactly what you pay for!

took away the free Roboform version, can't click on RoboForm Standalone Extension for Chrome and have it give me my login lists etc....just keeps asking me to 'sign in' and then when i do, the only option on a screen says to upgrade, if you close out the screen you are back to signing in again, and then back to the same 'upgrade' screen...so to the people answering here on Roboform, stop LYING and telling people your free RoboForm Standalone Extension for Chrome still works!....SO SICK OF LIARS IN THIS WORLD TODAY!

Been very troubling recently! It's not so intuitive anymore on the web using Chrome. It won't login to apps on the Android phone: I have to open Robo separately and copy the password and then try it. So confusing, the two devices should work the same. I might have to try another password keeper after years with this one.

RoboForm does everything it says it does, which is never to be taken for granted. It syncs among my various platforms no problem. They have now added fingerprint identification which is an absolutely fantastic feature. I got tired of typing my master password of many, many characters.

Why am I writing a review about a Chrome extension when Roboform was my password manager before there was a Google or a Chrome? Roboform is much more than a browser extension and anyone complaining about using the Free version is missing the boat - completely. Buy a 5 year individual anywhere license and stop whining! It's a great product. Every Small Business owner should invest in the business version instead of having employees write passwords on notepads for the owner to use during their absence. When setup as a business the Admin can login and see every password in the whole company list by user. It's a matter of learning the product - not trying to change the product because you're hellbent on using the Free version forever.

I am skeptical about using an online password vault. However, I decided to try the Roboform and its been smooth sailing so far. I got rid of all my notes and other files with multiple file locking system and most of all, I do not have to memorize so many access and password. I also found it easy to change my password as often as I could since I no longer have issues in remembering what change I made. Its a very useful tools especially for old and failing memory. I hope that it will stay safe for everyone. I also wish that there is a way to make a backup of all the information that seems to get bigger in time.

I love Roboform desktop client and the browser extension made it work so much more quickly and smoothly with Chrome, however the latest update has taken away all menu functionality in the extension, making it a nigh-useless button to a start page. Hopefully the browser extension can be fixed and I can return to update this review with kind words again.

My Top Paid App. Life would be a pain in the Tech without it. I use it across my devices, so I don't have to keep it in a book or in the contacts. Safe, secure and very productive in a world of hacking and uncertainty. Love it.

I've used Roboform for at least 15 years and it's my top paid app. Life would be much more difficult without it. It works well and reliably. Very fair price for Roboform Everywhere. I use it every day for all my passwords on all my platforms. I use it to fill web forms. It makes life so much easier. This is one of the few apps that I'd give 6 stars if possible. Highly recommended

Why are you forcing to upgrade to premium? How will i get my password back now? Google should remove this from web store.

I do not use the premium features I only want the free version with this latest upgrade I am being forced to pay for features that I do not want or need. I cannot even reach download my data to import elsewhere.

So after the update my data folder was removed from my pc I never used online sync. Support is just telling me what's been posted here on how to enable the plugin that does not bring back login's that were never stored online, RoboForm now has auto sync turned on so only login's to restore online is from yesterday when I restored a backup data folder that does not fix any of the 2fa sites I'm now locked out of. Was a good program till then.

What did you guys do??? There was an update to the Windows Client to Version 9.3.7. Now everytime i try to use the Chrome extension, instead of showing me the list with my logins it opens a new tab of the Roboform Startpage chrome-extension://start-page.html

After 15 years and purchasing robo form long ago, now the chrome extension no longer works (no warning) and you are forced to purchase their paid version. Dont tell me to go download the windows version, it was your development path that led me here. You abandoned me and thousands of others, and now I will be abandoning you. Im removing this extention for good. It should not be here anymore on the chrome web store. I urge anyone wanting to try it--not to. Stick with the built in password manager in Chrome, you can use Chrome's password manager across all devices with no annual fee.

My free chrome extension stopped working and it's forcing me to upgrade to a paid version in order to continue using it! All of my passwords are now lost when I downloaded the software. What the heck is going on??

RUINED! You can no longer use this for free without downloading roboform to desktop. What a stupid change. My chromebook won't let me download it. Can't even easily switch to another password manager without downloading. Rubbish.

I love Roboform. It has been helpful for over a decade. Strongly recommended. I don't trust LastPass anymore.

It takes a little to get use to but once you gt the hang of it, you will actually use it all the time! And remember to save your Roboform password!

Its Good, But!!! Roboform is my long term PW manager, and I like it a lot. However, there is this one problem it has. The problem is when you login with your main PW, and use it to login to one site, it sometimes logs you right back out! This is frustrating! You might have to log right back in to go to another site. It should remain logged in for the time you set it. You can set it to auto-logout from about 10 mins to one hour. This feature doesn't work anymore! and hasn't for a while now. Sometimes it doesn't log you out immediately, and that's good. When it does this, it usually leaves you logged In until you deliberately quit Roboform. They really should fix this! Roboform needs to Fix This ASAP! When they do I will give it a 5 star.

I wish I have 500 stars to post this review. This password vault is awesome with full functions and fast autofill.

I love Roboform! It's easy to use, inexpensive, generates unique passwords to meet whatever rules the site may have, saves and fills URLs/user IDs/passwords across sites, and one subscription allows use across multiple devices including desktops, tablets, smartphones (I use Android and it works great on that platform). I have been using it for many years with total satisfaction.

I have been very pleased over the years when using Roboform. I usually do not have any problems, and when I do, customer support helps out quickly. Autofill is a fantastic feature and Roboform is truly easy to use. I only have two suggestions that are keeping this app from a 5 star rating. I would like to see an updated user-interface AND I would like to see Roboform offer the ability to automatically change passwords at saved websites like other password managers do. Otherwise, this app is incredible.

the best program that I could possibly have especially for work with all the websites and passwords and it was making me crazy without it and trying to remember which login is for what website and password and now I dont waste my time with that nonsense roboform has literally been nothing but perfect and I love it and I would refer this to anybody especially those who have to have more than just a few different login user names and passwords and its secure and it you'll love it.

My old boss used roboform and up until a couple months ago I never thought to use something like it. I started using it to make my new job easier but I can never go back. It keeps everything nice and neat. It is worth every penny for the pro version. It's on every computer I use plus my phone. I'm a fool for not using it sooner.

I have used Roboform for over 20 years and I have found it indispensable in everyday web use. Yes, it costs but is so much more than a simple pwd keeper. It's ability to fill out forms from any of your identities is great. Or the ability to easily share pwds with siblings or your spouse. Plus the ability to setup a way for all your pwds to get passed on to someone if something happens to you, something no one thinks enough about.

It is a must have. Started using it several years ago and would never want to be without it.

Roboform is by far more functional than its counterpart, Dashlane. I had Dashlane, and the price was too high! Roboform's app has it'w own browser. f*k Chrome for iOS or Safari for iOS. I use Roboform's app browser for everything. Great Password Manager.

I have been using Roboform on all my devices, I think since 2008, and I cannot live without! Unfortunately Crome don't have the possibility to add Roboform extension to Crome on my Tablet. I miss this A LOT!

Ever since Chrome and Roboform was updated every autofill has stopped. Prompts me to login to roboform but never prompts again. You have to fix this. Chrome Version 103.5

I used to use this program quite a bit, I think dating back to some time in the 90s. It was easy to set up, easy to use and I liked it. All of a sudden it changed somehow. I let the subscription run out. When I tried to get it going again it wouldn't work. I changed to another password manager and it is working very good. I remembered the good experience I had with Roboform before so when Kim Komando pumped up the volume on the program I decided to try it again and renewed my subscription. That was a mistake. I have had nothing but problems. Every time I try to use it it's like a circus clown pulling jokes on me. I end up pulling out my list of passwords or counting on the other program. Can I have refund?

I have been using Roboform for over 6 years at this point. I don't use it for passwords. I use it to save forms I repeatedly fill out everyday to paste in information. Well worth the cost for that alone!

This app came highly recommended by the same dear friend who got me started on using Brave and Duck Duck Go. While I am only using a small portion of the apps full capability I have found it surprisingly user friendly. I am a senior, but with almost 30 years computing experience - no expert but fairly confident, so having an app with so much power under the hood, yet easy to use, is quite a pleasure. Now I use it fairly slightly, but when I have time to explore it further I expect to make far more use of it.

I have used Roboform for several years now. I used to use the free one, but upgraded last year to pay for it, and use it on my laptop and phone. I love it, except there is no way to retrieve the password for Roboform! I changed my password and apparently typed it in differently than I had intended. It was not available to view when I typed it in, so I couldn't verify. Had to start over with another email, because of course, the email I used was tied to the password I couldn't retrieve. I lost all my sign ins. Fortunately, I had some of them saved on my browser password option, but not a lot of them. It was annoying! There should be some way to retrieve your master password through a backup plan. That's my only complaint. I do love how it works. And, the plan I now have seems to be much faster when I sign into it.

Have been a user for many years but recently upgraded PC and lost my password, had to repurchase it. I have well over 100 passwords so it saves a lot of time and effort to remember each one. It works well. Would recommend the extension.

Been a Roboform user for YEARS. I couldn't imagine web browsing and maintaining security without it. It helps to streamline my work SO MUCH. People who complain about it are noobs.

Been using Roboform for many years now and works great. Features get added regularly and keeps up-to-date with browser developments.

Roboform needs an official Linux application, not just browser extensiosn. Autofill on Android is hit or miss and buggy. I expect better but still love my Roboform as it has served me well over the years but its sometimes a love / hate relationship.

Current ver 9.3.4.1 since ver 9.2.5 it's searching function mis-behave - e.g. searching for pass card Marriott, while typing Marr, it suggests Service (Mar)ket (R)equest or (M)orning st(arr)ing or Ara(mar)k Ze(r)ox - the letters in the () are the ones search function thinks matching my search string "Marr". LOL - what kind of product management, dev and QA team is there at RoboFrom?! How does a proofed and true search function got changed to non-sense?! Why it's been months and no fix in any of the later updates?

There is no way I could manage all the passwords without help from RoboForm! Works well in the Apple and Google families of products.

With the many passwords we have to use, i find this one a must have extension. Roboform is the best password app for me.

The search function in the browser does not work properly, it works properly in the software edit. It is terrible if the name includes empty spaces or other characters.

I started using Roboform in 2018 after a colleague recommended it. It's an excellent password safe, and provides a means to include notes within each login. The application is password protected and can be installed on any laptop, PC, iPad, or mobile phone.

This is a great password manager. I used a version many years earlier that I did not always enjoy, but this version is great. It is very easy to track and update passwords for the many web sites I visit. It also manages my credit cards and other information effortlessly.

I am a long time user and this is an excellent app. They have continuously improved over the years and the app works great. Worth every penny.

Before Roboform I used a limited number of passwords, which is very unsafe. My passwords were all saved in Chrome, but it happened that I had to reset passwords often. Now with Roboform this is dramatically beter and I can save other sensitive information in a save place as wel. Contrarily to other reviews I am happy with the plugin, but less with the app: it seems to never pop up when I need it and I have to copy passwords by hand. I prefer using computers over mobile phones anyway!
