This app is a game changer! Does everything! I love it!

Has potential but I can't get the reminders notifications to work on my desktop app and that is really bummer for me.

Can't even login in my account. Other say it's because I have third party cookies disabled. Well, of course I do..

Very Buggy... I am able to connect to my workspace and add new tasks (which appear in my workspace on the desktop app), but no tasks appear within the extension. This means I am not able to time track since I cannot look up a task with any of the provided methods. Tried updating chrome, restarting chrome, logging out then in again (to clickup extension), uninstalling and reinstalling-- the issue persists no matter what.

I use it a lot, but I don't find it great. As mentioned by some users, it's a bit buggy, its interface a little too big, and something missing that I would find incredibly useful is a web clipper. This feature was requested about three years ago on https://clickup.canny.io/, and we still don't see it coming, or do we?

It certainly has the potential to be a great extension. As others have mentioned, however, it is rather slow and it can be rife with bugs. At this point, I merely use it as a quick notepad, despite its unpredictable behaviour. On a couple of occasions, a note created in the extension was never saved properly and disappeared. The notepad will also frequently open checklists as bullet lists, and it will sync whichever checklist I open in the extension across my devices as such.

FYI This extension will not work if you disable 3rd-party cookies. This is a super handy extension! It's a great way to get email comments and attachments into new or existing tickets.

First: I love clickup. The extension misses 2 super important features IMHO though: 1) when adding a bookmark, the page URL should not go into the task title, but as a link in the task description - currently bookmark generates terrible task titles 2) there is no easy way to add a screenshot/bookmark to a doc. But that is where most people would collect info Please add/fix ;)

Buggy and slow.

Very poor. When trying to attach en email to existing task, internal server error shows up.

I'm so in love with ClickUp! I've been searching and testing other project management apps for the past 3 months. ClickUp brings another level of management that I never thought I could have in ONE application! I'm so excited to finally have all the data I need in one place. The integrations are next level! The user friendly platform is exactly what I've been looking for. I can finally say goodbye to my paper lists on my desk, numerous project analysis spreadsheets, and workflow To Dos in multiple applications! I can't say it enough...ClickUp has changed my business production and saves me loads of time! I recommend ClickUp to ALL businesses. This is exactly what you need...trust it!

It only works if the browser allows 3rd-party cookies for all websites. This is a showstopper. With this setting all nasty companies like facebook, amazon etc. sneak you. Why is this necessary? Todoist also provides an excellent Chrome extension, without this requirement. If there is a particular function, clickup my outsource it into another extension, that those user can install, who do not care about their privacy.

Seems great but would be terrific if creating subtask for a task would be possible... For me its not useful without that feature:(

Literally unusable, can't even log in. I have installed, reinstalled, uninstalled then quit the browser and installed again... I even tried closing all the tabs and only using it on newly opened tabs. Inconsistent behavior. Sometimes I'm logged in, sometimes I'm not. Terrible.

Game Changer! No more annoying screenshot extensions. I'm a fan and highly suggest anyone to add this one.

When it works, it saves time getting new tasks set up. It regularly doesn't work though which is frustrating. I hope the bugs get sorted out.

First Impressions: So far it's really solid. I'm using it to add screenshots to my current tasks. The ClickUp service isn't perfect but it's great! I can't this add-on giving me too much trouble. I'm using it on Vivaldi browser for Windows.

It's great! I have been using it for a long time now.. Have you used it for my daily work, reminders and more! This helps me a lot in organizing. This is a must have extension. Great work! It's perfect, not that hard to use, it literally just has everything I needed! Thank You!

Great when it works, but too intermittent. My current issue is that I can't connect it to my account. It just keeps asking me to log-in and connect the workspace. I've tried uninstalling, turning off 2FA on the account, deleting cookies - nothing.

This does not seem to work in Brave. Kept presenting a login/signup popup with redirections to nothing.

Doesn't find my tasks, so can't be used to track a task's time. There is no support also. Completely useless.

Isn't working for me. Doesn't allow me to connect to workspace. Really wanted it to work.

The extension won't work in Chrome.

Great app, but it's pretty annoying that it still shows up on top of full screen videos.

It is amazing! We can add tasks/to do lists. We can take screen shots, record clips, integrate with zoom! This really helps me! You guys should totally give this a try :D

Excellent start, replaces several extensioins. Must have if you use ClickUp for Projcet Management.

Great App. I get a feeling like it should be its standalone app. Using this makes you think that these features would be great outside Chrome. Maybe this app's success will encourage the developers to create Windows & Chrome OS apps that do everything this does, but system-wide.

love this extension! It replaces so many other ones, I before had to use and makes the browser experience so simpler and enjoying. Although I would like if it had a functionality to block websites or take full page screenshots. Otherwise, love it!

it sometimes does not open up as extension on some sites and just keep crashing

I loved it, but it stopped working. I don't see the icons in my email accounts or on websites anymore. I've done all the trouble shooting (unistalling and re-installing multiple times, shutting my computer down, playing around with the settings and the cookies)... Please help!

Should show seconds along with minutes. Overall, it's working really fine.

Update tracking time using the chrome extension, which was removed in the recent update. It was really helpful.

ClickUp has an excellent interface. It is easy to understand and navigate. It has functions that can cover the needs of everyone, such as reminding you of your tasks and helping you execute them. It can also help you distinguish your tasks by using colour coding, so you will know which ones to prioritise. You can also go in detail for each task that you have, and you can set the status and determine which ones to do first. This tool also offers flexibility, and it does not matter if your organisation is big or small; you can still use this software to help you sort things out.

The feature I installed it for - time tracking - does not work. It looks like it does the search api call but then it fails with some javascript error: "main.7612abf0468c327e82c4.js:1 Rollbar: Error: Uncaught (in promise): TypeError: Cannot read property 'id' of undefined" and gui says there is no task. I'm using version 2 of web ui for clickup - maybe this is the cause.

I've tried several out there. always come back to clickup. Please add Safari support. Also please add ability to have it on the right sidebar in chrome/safari.

Extension doesn't work correctly when access is restricted only to clickup domain, it makes me wonder why do the need such unrestricted access to all browsed websites data? Maybe it is used for tracking users behavior and collecting data? Who knows..

Amazing, I love this thing. Especially the Notepad! I had it for a little while before I realized how useful it is to always have the notepad available to look at and add to when I'm in Chrome (which is a lot of the time). The attention to detail is evident... I can even move notes up and down depending on how important they are to me that day!

I have been using Trello, Airtable, Evernote since many years. I found ClickUp, one of the most powerful project management tool. And I use it on daily basis.

I don't understand why I can't change the status of a task from this extension. When I've tracked my time on a specific task and I've finished that task, I want to mark it accordingly.

Half of the times it does not works. Either only let you take a note, or opens directly trying to take a screenshot. When you try actually to track time, it does not let you find the task for two possible reasons, A) because there is a problem with the CORS request, or B) there is a 404 response from the endpoint. Highly unreliable. As a paid client I have to say I am unimpressed by the extension's performance. Moreover because the rest of the product is AWESOME. Please, add the option to track time directly in the webapp or put more resources behind fixing the extension.

The extension works very good in combination with the ClickUp website. However, I don't understand why it stops tracking time when I limit its access only to the 'app.clickup.com' domain. I only use it to track time directly on the ClickUp website and even though the timer button still shows when I limit the access to the ClickUp domain, the time does not get automatically added to the task(like it does when it has access to all sites). Is there an API domain that I should also add access to? I want to avoid access to all sites if possible.

Like this app a lot, BUT.... it now it became more difficult to add the URL to a new ticket in the description... Most annoying is that a Guest with full .rights can create tickets via this plugin!

When it's working it's nice, but it's bugged out for the past three days. I use it primarily for time tracking. The last time, I tried reinstalling it at least 3 times and it won't even open the window. Super frustrating. And sometimes it logs 6 entries for 0.00 minutes (which have to be cleaned up within the task).

ClickUp is AMAZING! It's so functional and easy to use that I even started tracking my daily LIFE in it! Try it for a week and you will never bother looking at another Task Management Solution again.

The team over at ClickUp have done it again! I really enjoy the pace at which new features are being rolled out. And one that I really find useful is the new Chrome Extension. I find that it is so useful to have ClickUp everywhere you go (any web page). It is really well designed and the functionality is so so practical. If you haven't seen it, install it NOW!

I have been using ClickUp for a full year now and it has helped manage nine college courses, among other optional tasks like finances. There are a few issues with basic functionality that I am surprised are not available. Thank you for the notepad, clickup. It would be great if we can have folders for the notes, and to copy multiple tasks at once. Honestly, I can't complain thought, that would be excessive considering this is the best task manager of many that I have tried.

It's great, I use it every day. Some feedback: - you can't click on a task that you've tracked time for and go to it. Clicking the task name just starts the timer - I'd like the option to be taken to the task. - you should be able to see different views of your tasks, not just by list. E.g. Time view for timing the tasks that I need to do today. - I'd like to edit time entries inside the extension, without having to go to the task

The stopwatch tasks are labelled like: k0g4p - This task is assigned! k0juy - This task is assigned! How to know which task is which when trying to time them?

awesome! only reason for not 5 stars is after adding a task, theres a super annoying chrome notification saying "task done" and a weird 10 second delay where the extension is still saving the task and wont close.

It's still buggy for me. I installed it the other day and it wouldn't even show me the log in screen. Reinstalled today, logged in and now it loads on some web pages but not on others.

ClickUp brought it's easy and intuitive design to this awesome Chrome Extension. I love having such a great a screenshot editor built into Chrome. Plus, not having to switch between tabs to create ClickUp tasks means less clicks (and time) and more productivity for me! And the time tracking feature has helped me to really know how much time I am spending on projects. Awesome.

Super sweet! Adding a screenshot directly to the task is a lifesaver. No more switching from the desktop, to finder and then uploading. Love the ability to annotate right then and there.
