worked great. one of the best dark mode extensions here

works well and looks really good! my only disappointment was that it inverts and greyscales the document itself, so my black doc with white text and coloured headings became white with black text and grey headings; i switched the paper and text colours and now it looks beautiful, but still a bit disappointing to lose colour, however i'll take the tradeoff for it being easier on my eyes - thank you tons for making this!

Great extension, that has taken a lot of care to get the small details right. Well done. The only issue I have is that the images are also inverted when the document is set to "inverted". Would be good if the main document body could be inverted without affecting the images also. But it's not a huge deal.

I think this is a really well made extension, especially compared to other options. Some problems I had with it though is the little toggle from light to dark interferes with the word count. Also, the images are inverted. But that's not enough to bring the rating down! Really well made.

google needs to add this feature to google docs

Simple and straightforward, doesn't clutter the screen with toggle garbage, just a small icon in the lower left corner

loved it! but there's a glitch with the custom document mode. it doesn't work :( it used to work before.. hope this gets fixed soon!

Thank you to the developer for the quick fixes regarding the issues caused by the Google Docs redesign. This is an amazing extension, could not recommend it enough.

Set URL links to light grey so you can barley see them and now with latest update the subheadings in your index are the same. Gets worse with each "update". you never know what you gonna get when it updates.

I've been using this extension for months and love it! The most recent update, however, has for some reason made the font color for the outline text on the left nearly unreadable. It's very dark gray text now, whereas before it was a lighter gray and easy to read. I hope this was a mistake, because it's really making it difficult to see the text.

Does exactly what it needs to do without adding anything extra. Perfect, no weird glitches or anything seen with other dark mode extensions.

i cant get docs after dark to work on my slides its only working on docs if that's intentional or not but if so you should make some for slides to

the color picker doesn't work, at most only the default color works, and the invert button works. The grey will work for now, i hope the colors can be fixed somehow.

There was some update on the google docs, so some areas that wer in dark mode ane now white, especially in the naw bar. By the way, i like this extension and highly recomend it.

Awesome! but sadly images are inverted as well. Would be nice if images could be excepted from the dark mode :(

amazing! perfectly recreates dark mode docs like it is on mobile, which is awesome for me because i feel more comfortable writing on a PC. love the options it gives you, too. my only gripe is that the button to switch back to light mode in the corner overlaps the word count popup, but that's just me. it works fine there otherwise!

Does what is advertised, however it will turn your document to greyscale (nullifying any highlights, custom text colours, etc.) and invert images, which can be pretty irritating if your documents have a lot of those.

Everything has turned to the dark mode, as I expected it to do. I find the Page I write on is still white, Is there a way to change that?

Tried all the Google Doc dark mode extensions and this one is by far the best.

This was an absolutely wonderful extension. Sure, it inverts images/colours but I don't work with colours/images often, I just write. Therefore, this was a spectacular extension and it worked extremely well. However, recently there's been a glitch where the invert option just turns everything blue. I checked if it was my dark theme on my chromebook, but it wasn't. I loved it, but it doesn't work for me anymore.

Thanks so much for creating this. It is the only extension which allows me to use pageless view in google docs while using chrome desktop dark mode! All other docs dark mode extensions are outdated. Much appreciated!

I wish the invert option would ignore images as it makes them look odd as well. It works nicely for the text but the images I embed are very distracting. If there was a way to fix this while still having the invert option so my fonts and page color don't need changed before I submit it to others I would give it 5 stars.

Hello Raymond, great extension there! But there is still some missing places where the background is still white like on tables properties and sometimes on top of that the text becomes gray so it's impossible to read it.

Works pretty well where other dark modes fail with docs - although I think the Invert mode is broken currently as images and gifs are being inverted alongside the document as a whole despite the description saying they are excluded. Still a useable out of the box experience with the "Shaded" function though.

Actually works, but seems to confuse itself when the 'auto dark mode' Chrome flag is enabled. In that case, setting a dark background makes the text unreadable since the text doesn't become white, so the only viable option for me is the 'invert' feature, which inverts page color and text. But there's another bug: Every 3rd page doesn't actually get its page inverted, so it becomes unreadable with white text. It likely has to do with the Chrome dark mode. Please fix this. It would be great if you supported inverting Google sheets as well.

I like dark things, and this allows me to see more things, but dark, so I like it a lot.
