Twitch's global emotes don't show up for me anymore. They used to, but now don't. Everything else works fine, though.
It only works in some places. I want it to be on YouTube the most and it doesn't work on YT

It was all good until i check the chrome task manager to find out this extension uses the most memory of all. more than any tab and extensions.
Absolutely hogging my system resources, even on a blank screen after restarting Chrome I was at 20% usage of my 4770k. After running chrome for a bit it would shoot up to 40-50% cpu and a healthy chunk of my ram. Disabled the addon and everything instantly dropped to 5-7%
Avoid, only works 1% of the time, and uses a lot of CPU and Memory.
Been absolutely terrible recently. Used to work great when I first added it. Now, it's been unusable. It has a fantastic variety of settings and emotes supported. But cannot even load the options anymore. I'm gonna miss it.

Extremely slow on any decent size youtube stream. Stops working on any tab as soon as I leave the tab (and come back later). Unfortunate as I like the plethora of settings here. Pass on this one.
GIF emotes don't work but it's okay other than that.
Pretty sure there's a crypto miner on it or something, really slows my computer.

There was some sort of memory leak. I'd check my Chrome resource usage when my PC started bogging down and 100% of the time it was because of this extension using 1.5gb+ of RAM and 80% CPU. Not sure what the issue is with my system, as I see others using it fine, but it's absolutely unusable for me. Specs are Intel i5 4690k and 16gb of RAM @1866mhz
Amazing plugin wish it would work for phones or os's but makes chrome more fun to use.

Kappa Everywhere got shafted. Trying this one now but no emotes show up. I tried to export settings to file but nothing happens. Help pls :(

Really nice extensions from the start. But for some reason it stopped working properly. The Global subscription emotes no longer work. Only the BTTV and the regular global emotes work. I temporarily fixed the issue by adding custom emote pack but this needs to be fixed. It says "Could not reach endpoint." next to twitchemotes.com . I tried to see if it was the browsers issue (im using Vivaldi). I checked on chrome, same issue. Checked with firefox, same issue. No idea why it stopped working. It was fine at the start ;\ EDIT: There seemed to have been an issue with twitchemotes.com servers which explains why even the Kappa Everywhere extensions wasnt working. The extension is working as it should now. Works perfectly, thank you again :)

It messes up my youtube, if there is an emote in the title then when i switch to another video, at the beginning of every comment some twitch copy pastas and emotes appear even if the video had nothing to do with twitch at all 10/10 would love more twitch memes in random videos
Needs the option to add only certain Twitch channel emotes just like the BTTV channel emotes. I don't want to disable ALL of them, only a certain because having words like "Face" become an emote is jarring.
Wish there was a way to take out certain emotes from every page instead everyone on certain pages. Gets annoying sometimes, otherwise, it's great.
I actually would prefer that this app lets you use emotes on Twitch. I've tried adding some old ones, like BORT, but now I can't use them in the one place I got them for. Other than that, it seems to be working just fine, at least most of the time.

Essentially, the extension allows Twitch.tv emotes to appear on any site you wish, it also has the ability to blacklist certain sites. Obviously the effect is only client-side (only people with the extension will see the emote). You can enable the default twitch emotes, BTTV emotes, channel emotes, and sub emotes all separately. It's pretty fun if you like Twitch emotes.

Amazing app that makes my day better. Only issue is that the extension works in twitch chat. Meaning even if someone isn't a sub to a channel and uses a sub emote the image will appear (i.e. someone that isn't a Kripp sub using krippO). It makes things confusing somewhat. Other than that it's an amazing feature that I highly recommend to everyone!
A really good app! I have had no problems with it at all. The blacklist feature works like a charm and I really like seeing emotes in place I don't expect to!
For some reason, the options page appears to be broken, but for the most part, the extension appears to still function correctly. With the options page broken, you will be unable to enable/disable BTTV/FFZ emotes or blacklist websites you don't want emotes to appear on and whitelist Twitch channels for custom BTTV/FFZ emotes. It will not work correctly on some pages due to the way some text is parsed, but that's a given.

This is just a fun little app to have if you enjoy seeing emoticons from Twitch everywhere! I also like that fact that you can use subscribe emotes, turbo emotes, and even ones from BetterTTV and FrankerFaceZ.

I've tried both GTE and Kappa Everywhere and preferred GTE because it has a tooltip that shows the name of an emote when you hover over it. However, I wish I could copy the emote like with BTTV and it would paste it as text. For example, copying the EleGiggle emote would paste it as "EleGiggle". Great chrome extension nevertheless.

This is the best, most powerful global twitch emote extension. The whitelist/blacklist features are amazing, you can white/blacklist specific emotes and websites. Also, global BTTV emotes are really cool too!
