Utter crap. I got it to install and run on my windows machine at work, though it's buggy and slow. On my Mac at home it just puts me in an infinite loop installing it. Waste of time.

Where is it? I don't consider myself someone who can't use a computer, but I honestly have no clue where I would open this. I used to work at the kitchens department at ikea. Ikea used to have some old software that worked fine, but the graphics weren't great and it was difficult for the customer to understand how to use it without being taught. Then they "upgraded" to something new with nicer graphics, but that was extremely buggy... Would crash randomly, some cabinets didn't exist and it took MONTHS for the developer to add them in. We were constantly sending status reports of the many problems with the program. Then there was an "update". We were excited, but it just made the program slower. I can see Ikea is on the same track. You need to FIRE your team and start fresh.
Downloaded however can not access a single plan. I've got 5 clients with different plans that took hours to create. Now, they are no where to be found! Not happy...
Have tried and tried to get this to work on a Mac without luck. Hope the kitchens are better than Ikea software, totally frustration

Same as everyone else - it keeps asking me to install it over and over again. Complete waste of time folks - try Bunnings or Mitre 10....
Total garbage. I hope Ikea upgrades the planner with the new Sektion. Was able to use it last week, now I can't download it or access any of my saved designs. Same problem, just keeps asking me to install over an over. When I could get in it was slow and buggy as all he**.

UPDATED Its apparently been added to Chrome as an app extension, but it is nowhere to be found... FOUND IT! The app insstall is in another window so you expect to go to your apps to use it, but if you go back to the ikea page, the open it button has changed to continue - click this and it takes you into the app

Worst software I've interacted with online since 2005. Buggy, slow, and unresponsive are the first words that come to mind.

hard to use, full of bugs, can't change language to english, hard to find products and customise properly. Would just have them do it or use another software to plan my kitchen.
Tried the download from Ikea. Windows can't open it. Found this extension but nothing happens. Can't find it to run, and calling Ikea is useless. They know nothing.
Worst install experience in years. Might as well try to design the kitchen whilst running across a ploughed field. How come these people just don't get it?
