I have used Wisestamp for years, and recommended it to others. I have a Pro account, with 5 signatures for different Gmail accounts. Like other reviewers, I am suddenly dead in the water trying add a signature to email. I am given the option only for one of my signatures - the one that "owns" the account. Having this happen in the middle of a busy work day is **Massively** inconvenient. Fix or you will lose a (previously happy) paying customer.

How do I get my money back?? I paid for a year subscription and have only used it a couple of months....and I've spent more time uninstalling and reinstalling than it is worth. My email signature doesn't send most of the time and it's only me! I don't even have multiple signatures. VERY frustrating. I do not recommend.

I've been using Wisestamp with Gmail for years and love that I can select which signature I want to use depending on who I'm emailing. Today the button disappeared and I can no longer add signatures unless I copy and paste from my Wisestamp account - which kind of defeats the purpose. I see I'm not the only one having this problem - please fix it!

I'm a WiseStamp pro user. The gmail selector integration no longer works for us, despite using the latest version of Chrome and removing and reinstalling the extension. The signatures do appear in the emails, but there's no longer an option to select or reassign them in the emails, in any of our gmail accounts. We have a team email that we use three different signatures for, so this has turned into a real hassle. We are now having to copy and paste signatures, ugh. I think we'll just cancel the WiseStamp pro account and do that from now on since it would be the same amount of hassle only we wouldn't be paying for it. The bottom line is this: When it works it's great. When it doesn't it's a PITA. In the lifetime of our WiseStamp pro account (4+ years), it has 'not worked' often enough to deserve three stars. Also, logging into our account on their platform only works about 50% of the time. It's like the developers just don't care. It's sad because it could be really good. It USED to be really good.

What does it do? Nothing shows up in my gmail new emails. I tried all steps listed in troubleshooting.

Pro user for 3 years. Windows 10/11, depending on device. Chrome or Brave browsers. Only use for gmail accounts. All up to date. When it works, it's fine. Hooray! But getting it to deploy signature settings is a crapshoot over time. Login to Wisestamp and scroll thru signatures to see several "Assigned to None." WTH? I assigned them upon creation. Yet open settings and the signatures are clearly assigned to an email account. So, yes, they are assigned (and no duplicate assignments) But noooooo. The do not appear as assigned. Sooooo -- Refresh the gmmail, delete setting then re-establish setting, log out/ log in, reboot, clear browser history/cache/cookies, but no. The compose email brings up the wrong signature. Click the wisestamp icon at lower right (browser extension) and you can select the signature for that particular message. Click settings at same location so I can assign it permanently (again!) but get a 404 page. It's like an act of congress to go through this circle jerk to finally, maybe and for who knows how long, get the correct signature to appear to its assigned account (2 or 3 ways already) when composing. Wasted many hours on this. But . . . what's an easier and more reliable alternative? I don't know. New app, new devil. So I keep paying. Stupid me.

Works well most of the time but every now and then it doesn't apply the correct signatures and I end up sending a few emails with a different signature before I realise. I then need to remove the extension and reinstall it. This can be a big problem if you don't want others to know you're affiliated with another business and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Terrible. I have to uninstall and reinstall the extension all the time in order for it to work. When I spoke to support they told me there is no way around it.

it won't allow me to edit signature. i cannot get any response from support. very frustrating to pay for a service and not be able to use it.

Horrible and invasive. Impossible to remove the signature and the extra link at the end.

WARNING. This has been a GREAT app. I have used it for three years. Recently (starting last week and now continuing on cyber monday) they have initiated an aggressive POP UP campaign... but the HUGE pop ups occur in YOUR GMAIL. It makes gmail unusable as the pop up is huge. On my work and home PC I need to reload to get rid off.. but on my mac I actually need to click on this agressive pop up to remove. So you authorize access to an app and then they turn that app into a pop up hell. I will not renew and have asked for my money back for the rest of my contact.

Used to be decent, was bought out and now spams your machine with adds. Awful - AVOID

Recently I tried to update my signature. I did some changes on it but these changes are not appearing in the email. Basically it's not working properly. There is a lack of something between wisestamp and the email box (Gmail). I tried on Chrome and Internet Explore and the problem continues. How can I solve this situation?

I have used this for a number of years. I do like the functionality but now it is showing up as a threat with my AV software. The support has got back to me but the issue is not resolved. I will probably cease to use.

I can't login in Chrome, just a circle that spins forever. I've tried clearing cache, disabling and re-enabling extension. I've tried logging in in Safari and edting my signature. but still -- emails I send using chrome do NOT contain my signature, only a link that's an ad for wisestamp !!! About to cancel my account .

Really? I pay for this?! Set up to not display on different email accounts but yet still appears. Now not on the email it should be. Chrome extension issues. A joke to be honest for a paid product.

I found this website which states "FREE EMAIL SIGNATURE CREATOR". I wouldn't consider this free being you pretty much have to upgrade. I came here because I am building a business so why would I want "get your own email signature!" underneath my logo. How embarrassing. My clients don't need a signature. $6 month doesn't seem like a lot, but it comes out to $72 a year and sadly I don't have any extra income right now. I'm just upset this was kind of false advertising because I'm not sure who would come and make a professional email only to have their advertisement under it.

For years now, clients, colleagues, friends, and associates have thought that my company was a huge operation. This at times, opened doors of opportunity for me to grow. Easy to use and it simply works! Thanks!

Junk app. Useless.

I've used WiseStamp for over 2 years now and it is the best signature app ever. Other apps try to compete, but don't come close. I use it with Gmail and love how they've added some really useful features, and the ability to change the defaults around for each signature so you know exactly how your signature is going to display, where, and when. Plus, the layouts are well-designed and should satisfy a wide range of tastes/preferences for how you want to be identified. And, of course, you can also customize the palette to suit your brand's colors.

Awesome. Simply awesome. WiseStamp has made my email signatures come to life. When I email someone for the first time, my photo signature helps make a great impression and more personal connection. Plus, they have all kinds of nifty features and functions. And, my customer success manager, Talia, went above and beyond the call of duty to make my experience seamless and effective.

A friend sent this to me and I have used it for months. It gives a touch of professionalism and I really like how it jazzes up my mail a bit! So easy-I will get the paid version once my business takes off a little more. Thanks guys-great app!

Hi @wisestamp my chrome extension and gmail plug in has stop functioning. I am getting grey screen when I try to edit my signature. Please help

This is an awesome app! I only wish that they would let you pay by the month for premium services. The free version was great already but continues to get better with more features.

Latest updated ruined my gmail. Sending an e-mail doesn't close the draft window so I am uncertain as to whether the email was sent or not. Finally realizing that I clicked "send" 2 or 3 times and the message did send, I had to uninstall it. Emailed support, but to no avail. Bummer.

I love this product. It's easy to use and I have the paid version. However, the support and accounting is awful. I've had it for just over a year. When I initially subscribed I was told that there is no phone support so I emailed and had to wait over a week for responses. Now that's it's time to renew, I updated my payment for another year but still keep getting emails indicating that I haven't paid and threatening to cut the signature.

Doesn't work for me. All I want is the ability to select a different signature on demand or tie a certain signature to certain contacts or email addresses. It would be nice if the app could remember which address I used in the past for a given contact.

My emails look ten times more professional with my WiseStamp signature! Love it!

I love Wisestamp, BUT it has not worked for me like it should since I bought the Pro account. I have the chrome extension and I still have to go into the editor to copy paste my signature to use it in my emails. I have contact Customer service multiple times and I just get brushed off. If I wanted to copy paste my signature everytime, I would have just created my own in Word for Free and copied from there....

Loved it, but the price is kills it

Great when it works. There is a Legacy version and a Web App. They are mutually exclusive. The Legacy has twice the functionality of the Web App but it looks like Wisestamp is going to abandon it. I paid for the I have the PRO version. 5 years ago I was able to list the cities, countries and phone numbers for our 12 world wide locations. No more. My Personal signature blocks have Bigger pictures, my motto and a re sizable family crest image. You can't do that anymore. Nor can you pay them to create a signature block that you can edit later. They have a product that I can not edit anymore from what I had 5 years ago. They don't care about their customers needs either.

Can't uninstall this. Is this malware?

When I had an issue I would get an almost immediate response but I'm have an issue in that the changes I am making are not updating in my signature. So far I've been waiting for 2 days and still no response to my issue. Since I PAY for this you would expect customer service to be much better than it is! Very disappointed!

This is an o.k. app. However, when you provide them your address, they spam you with their own push to upgrades, constantly, even if you buy in. Repeatedly put junk in your inbox.

WiSeStamp can be a bit complicated but the app and the extension is def very worth it if you want to present a consistent and professional signature at the end of your email messages!

Was not posted that I could see that it cost money for it. So for me a no do, On Social Security there is no money for anything but groceries, paying house payment, and car.

6 bucks a month for something i can just add myself???! You people are insane! How about 6 bucks per year and i could see the value.

I have used wisestamp for several years, and the paid version for the past 3. I love it for gmail-but rarely use it on yahoo or outlook because those are "throw away" accounts. (so I can't speak to their reliability on those services)

Wisestamp was very good until they had me upgrade. Since then, it does not work for my yahoo account. Its strange that they don't respond to my requests for help even tho I am a paying customer pro. I don't understand that they don't respond and explain anything to me.

A WASTE! Tried to add an image and made it to their EXACT size...but in the email it is stretching and blurry. This is worthless. Just add yourself. Thought I would save time...but it has been a pain. The customer support rep Talia Schwarzmer only replies once a day and one sentences. A WASTE!

Is WiseStamp compatible with the MailTag.io Gmail email tracking extension?

Worst extension ever! They market it saying, hey create your free signature. And it only works on Chrome. And without extension its useless. Also the quality is very poor. I use Edge and its impossible to use it.

The app really fills a need. A professional pleasure. PLUS: The support is great.

Would like to see pay option disclosed to remove ugly stamp.

It forces me to advertise the App and the "Remove" button is not working. Rather it takes to to a link where I'm asked to purchase their other product. I don't like being trapped. Will look for another solution.

Awful flaw when handling switching between users, when someone else signs in to their gmail, it still pastes another person's signature on the bottom... like seriously?

This extension just froze my Chrome Browser. I am unable to open a number of basic sites like Gmail, Google Search etc. Ads keep popping in, mostly pornographic and I hate it.

I love WiseStamp, and their support team. The moment I needed help, they were on it immediately and sorted it for me at the speed of light! Not to mention how professional and memorable my emails now are... great way to be remembered as a person and as a pro. Highly recommend it to everybody!

I've been using WiseStamp Pro for about six months now and love it! I have everything set up for my business, so all my emails are sent with FREE advertising of my business. And of course, the expense can be written off on my taxes as an advertising expense. Win-win situation. Support is top-notch, responding almost immediately, or at least within 24 hours at most. Sure beats trying to make up my own signature file that was blah, blah, blah!

I think I finally have the thing working as it should but still have questions since i was billed a total of $168 on my credit card and you are very slow to respond to messages

This is a great extension. The pro version definitely has its perks. I benefit from it from a business angle, but the free version is fine none the less. Best of all is their online support. Very kind and quick tech support.

Provides a great function for email. But constantly have to reset it by reinstalling to have it update my signature. This happens every few months.

I love WiseStamp! My sister had it in her signature and she recommend it! Ever since I love it! I love how easy it is to customize it, and you're able to add multiple social media accounts. The support team is friendly and they're always there to help.

The signatures are really great quality and the site is easy to use. Support has been awesome. I did have trouble trying to get my sign off to show up in the right place but I think we've gotten there in the end! Thanks Lev :)

Very excellent system and support. I had paid my annual subscription for "Pro" but for some reason the system did not renew. All I had to do was email support and Talia fixed EVERYTHING! Any product is only as good as the support that comes along with it. Thank you again.

Wisestamp is a great extension. I had issues with a few features in my signature and two of their staff were exceptionally helpful in solving them. I upgraded to the pro version and enjoy that as well.

Everything about Wisestamp is great; an easy to use extension, and helpful friendly support staff if you ever need them, excellent!!
