This will make any https? links displayed on http://news.ycombinator.com that do not go to a ycombinator.com site to be target=_blank so that they open in a new tab. Reddit has an option to turn this on automatically, so I'm used to not having to open in a new tab. I hate losing my HN tab and having to reopen. https://github.com/dave-mccloskey/hackernews-newtab
