I have been trying to cash out for months. I am guessing I will never get my money out of Earny. Maybe I should be refunded on my yearly subscription!!!

I have been trying to cashout for over three months and they have not acknowledged any emails. Furthermore, I am paying their monthly fee, so you would think that they would do there bet to retain a paying customer but that's not the case. 11/13/22: Back with an update....I still have not received a cashout for over a year now. I have realized that they are just scamming. They use to reply to emails, they do not anymore. I have not gotten a responce from that. At this point, I will just cancel the subscription that I am paying.

This extension is very helpful and practical. I enjoy that it takes out the guess work for me on what qualifies as a purchase. Highly recommend it. I can't get enough of the cash rewards.

I like Earny. It used to be easier to use though. It seems to log out a LOT. I also think there's a paid version maybe that they seem to push a lot for more benefits. It's a great little tool. I'm grateful for it. Just wish it would keep connection.

Was great when they used to pay. Since January 2022 they do not cash out balances. I paid for the extra earning service and they will not cash out my balance which I was going to use to pay for Christmas. They will not reply to e-mails or to FB messages. Don't pay for this service.

I have been using it since I make most of my shopping online, I figure I might as well get some cash back, the log in process is a bit tedious. Other than that is not bad.

Earny has allowed me to recover funds I wouldn't have otherwise because I don't have enough time to pay attention to every purchase I make to see if it is marked down within a specified period of time. Unfortunately, I have not been able to connect my Amazon account to recover cash I know I would have, so I would suggest Earny fix that glitch because, again, I do not have the time or patience to keep trying to connect it. I do not understand what is going wrong with the process. After glancing at the other reviews, apparently Earny has some different practices, and Idon't remember paying anything.....

Earny is a great way to get something back from shopping online. Instead of having to travel an hour or more to stores from where I live in rural America, it's nice to get a little something back when shopping online. Earny makes this possible. I am looking forward to additional savings from an Earny reward soon.

Earny is OK. They try their best to get all the access to your personal data. As much as they POSSIBLY can. Beware. And yes, why do I have to keep logging in all the time??? That is SO annoying.

Earny is lame. Why do I have to log in all the time? Just stay logged in otherwise I'm missing discounts. All the other discount extensions stay logged in. Also, why push Amazon so hard? I have clicked the "I don't shop at Amazon" link about a million times, but I get the pop-up and the emails all the time saying "you may be missing cash back on your Amazon purchases." THERE AREN'T ANY. Like I said, lame.

This app constantly pops up windows telling me to link my account. I've done it like 50 times, it never registers and keeps asking me to link again and again and again. The pop ups are constant and disruptive. Horrible experience.

I always have had to sign in every time I make a purchase where Rakuten automatically comes up and all I have to do is click. Lately I have been getting error messages and/or it doesn't take me back to the site where I am trying to shop. Basically I am not using at the moment.

Earmy is garbage now. It used to good but it keeps unlinkong from my amazon account which ios where i do most ofmy shopping. Now when i try to link it yet agaun, it says "error". Customer service is pretty much non existent and you have no way of chatting live with a human. im done and will telll everyone not to use earny

When it works, fine, but I don't know whose fault it is, but it disconnects between purchases on Android phone or Win 10 PC (Chrome browser), and it takes several tries to reconnect it. Since I'm retired, my time is worth less than it was, but it's infuriating to waste time to get $0.30 back.

Earny is very difficult to use. It never stays connected and everytime even after you just connected it keeps asking to connect aka sign in thru email and constantly approve connect. etc very annoying as right now its not accepting password waste of time my valuable time just want to buy and dine not fool around with an app that cant stay connected no time for this.

Fabulous when it works. Need easier interface and then you're nearing 5 stars.

I've gotten tier of link accounts over and over again. This is simply not worth my time to earn the extra few cents back.

It takes so much longer to get cash back than Rakuten. And it doesn't pay as well either. I used it for a while when Rakuten wasn't giving cash back for Walmart purchases so now I have a little money. I really want to disable the extension but I don't have enough to cash out.

EARNY has been really helpful in getting late credit from amazon, Especially the copy the scipt helps. and all goes smooth. The only thign i do not like about this APP is it keeps asking me to link Amazon when i am linked. This is very annoying. also when having more thne one account it doesnt switch and not easy to switch back and forth. When your trying to make a purchase and get ti done having to do all the work to change email and log in and then go to eamil to say yes this is me,. etc. Its rediculous. But over all it is a great APP.

I love how I don't have to do anything but install the extension. Earny does everything for me and has gotten me money I would never have even known about. Awesome!!

Based on the recent reviews I am not so sure if this is a beneficial cashback app for me to continue using and the fact that I must pay a yearly dues is unacceptable.

Don't waste your time or money! I signed up for the annual membership thinking it was going to be just as good as the trial period. Boy was I wrong! They say it can take 30-90 days for cashback to hit your account. It's March 2021 and I still have cashback pending from October 2020. I contacted them about it and they blamed the pandemic. Also, I always make sure that I'm signed in to Earny before making a purchase, but I still get the "you missed cash back" e-mails. Why? I click on the Earny Chrome extension before checking out. When all my cash back is available, I will be canceling my membership. Rakuten doesn't have as much cash back options anymore, but I think I'll stick with them. I just made a purchase and it already told me that I have cash back pending, the next morning. Earny is not worth the hassle. I feel like I have to babysit my purchases, which is not how they advertised their service would work.

Very good at tracking and lets me know within a day or two usually. Problem is the stupid logging in constantly on different devices gets old.

I am tired of getting notification of how it can help me save money by adding to my toolbar. IT HAS BEEN THERE FOR OVER A YEAR, and still get the same email.

The idea is a great idea but the design of the extension is as I call it not ready to be used and I would be very cautious on publishing the extension due to log in and URLs changing per my password logger it original logged. There are standards and a committee that I will be reporting this to so that other users are protected and do not waste their time. Laws and guidelines will be enforced in 2021 so that the loss is not on the user but on the developer that published an app that I am positive Google, Microsoft, Chrome , Firefox do not want to use an extension that is not performing and the users in Good Faith had used and or waiting for their cash back.

doesn't register using iOS app and sometimes chrome extension. I try to use the chrome extension and mobile app browser to make purchases through earny, but these last few times I've made purchases using these methods, i always receive an email saying " you missed out on cashback by not using either the browser or mobile app." I'm only giving it 2 stars because it works a handful of times, and because I already use my regular cashback card, so this just "doubles up" on it whenever it does goes through. I also don't like that I have to wait 6 months before it leaves the "pending" status. I can agree its to prevent customers from returning items, but seriously, most companies offer 30-60 day returns, not 180 days.

I love it except when I get signed out of Earny lol. I didn't save anything with my paid account back when I did it unfortunately, but have saved a bit recently. Definitely not enough savings for me to want to pay $50-something for a year of higher savings given my previous experience.

I wanted to like it. I used to like it. But now I have no idea whether I am shopping through the extension, and I constantly get taunting emails that I somehow missed "xxx" in cash back from my previous purchases. Should be a lot easier to click through and get the cash back. Used to be pretty seamless. Not anymore. Not worth the effort.

The ash back doesn't roll in like it used to. Before I did the paid service I would get cash back all the time. Now NOTHING.

It's a nightmare! Each time I click on the Active cash back button, it takes me out, makes me sign into Earny & then doesn't go the store! The WORST cashback Ad-on I have

I accidentally hit subscribe on their site. Next thing I know I've paid them $20 for an annual membership. So I remove all the other cash back apps and figure WTH I'll just use Earny. Here's why that hasn't worked out. 1. I get logged out of Earny all the time. So, when I go to buy something I see a popup "Do you want to earn X% from whatever retailers site I'm on". I click the button, because of course I do. 2. When I complete my transaction I never know if Earny did anything. 3. I get an email from Earny, "You missed getting $$$ back from your recent transaction". Earny see's I bought something. Earny knows I should be getting $$ back. But Earny isn't giving me that $$$.

Earny is completely worthless. I added it a few months ago and have made numerous purchases for over $3k and so far...nothing in my account. I have emailed Earny a number of times and they respond and say they are checking in to it but that's been going on for over 2 months and I never hear back from them. I will stick with Rakuten where at least I get credit for my purchases.

Takes too long time to get the money I earned on earny. Cash out process is not automatic and you actually sent an email to their support team to withdraw your earnings. Also, it's been a more than a year and I haven't got any return on price drops, and I literally spend a lot. It seems like a scam. Don't use this app.

Earny Sux and wish I never got it. Such a scam. I've been waiting almost a year for $5 to move from pending status and I have to wait til $15 to cash-out, stupid! I'll probably die from the NEXT Covid by then. Why should I have to wait to get the money I "earned" back when I am paying for this very intrusive and not friendly app? Feels very Russin bot to me, "Da"! When I purchase through my phone(99% of my purchases) I don't get the credit "earned" Delete this app, save your own money. I guess I have to decide to either eat the subscription fee or my glorious $5 waiting for me when I delete this.

I didn't feel comfortable, with them knowing my Credit card info; to be sent to someone I don't know. I thought, it wouldn't have to do anything with that. Very disappointing..

I used to like earney. I got enough cash back from price drops to play for it and more. Now, I cannot anyone to honor the price drops (don't respond to SMS messages anymore), my credit card stopped honoring them, and now my cash back doesn't ever seem to "go through." Its just listed as pending. Don't pay for this app!

They charged me $20 for some PREMIUM account. There is no way to contact support and get a refund even if you cancel right after you find out you got charged. The only was is to dispute with CC company or/and BBBureau

Earny is a great product and the extension works well.

Been using for a few weeks. NOT ALL money back goes through, especially TARGET! Even thought Earny says I get money back and use the target chat line with their copy and paste. PLUS no real person to chat with here online or send an email. Everytime I try to add Amazon account it fails to go through. I would say this app works some of the time

Love this, super easy to use and gets me a percentage of what I paid back. Also really in love with the "watch-list" feature where you can see the price history of an item you're interested in and add it to the list so you can be notified when the price dropped! Awesome product.

Been using Earny for the last 3 years or so and am extremely excited that they just launched a chrome extension. I love it and refer it to everyone. I would not shop without checking in with Earny first. Non-intrusive at all. You shop. They send you money. End of story. It's that easy!
