For a few days, the app is not letting me log in, it says the site cannot be reached.
It appears to be abandoned...
Please improve the login and directing to dashboard issue. otherwise the app is amazing. Thumbs up!!
It just does not work – it's loading with a text "Inserting tracker" for like 5 minutes and nothing happens.
Worked well when it worked over the past couple of years. Currently, it doesn't work 95% of the time. Even tried emailing/feedback and it won't go through. A shame, because I liked it...
Dosnt work at all, keep saying " Awww! There's no data for this time period. " in fact I sent 10 emails

Great! BUT... Seeing that we don't have many options for Zoho, this is great! I do wish they had some better features in the backend. For instance, I want to search an email in the dashboard - but seems like I cant. I have multiple aliases in my zoho mail and I would love to track those emails also. I would love to resort emails by "last viewed" - seems like a no brainer since people don't always read emails when you send them. I have enormous email chains and sometimes I use the same subject twice. Would be nice if we can see which email was opened or click on a link to see that email. anything please!
Hey the extension doesn't work When I open up Zoho mail, the extension doesn't load. I'll have to open up zoho mail tracker, untoggle and toggle "tracking", switch tabs to go back to zoho mail, then yes a green tick will show up. However, I can't click send.

its working with zoho website it is having some issues like - - if i view email once it will show email viewd 2 or 3 times - its not working with email that sent from zoho CRM - email opened location is wrong

Its pretty great, tracks the mail pretty swiftly. On top of that team behind it is pretty swift to act on the issues. 6 stars from my side.

Most of the time when I send a email within seconds this extension tells me that it was read, which is great. But I'm now seeing that most of the time the user agent was "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/42.0.2311.135 Safari/537.36 Edge/12.246 Mozilla/5.0". Is this a bug? If not what is it? If it is a bug please fix it thanks.
I am so please with this email tracker, albeit it took me a while to figure out how to use it, as the instructions were not the best! It works with my domain email that I use with Zoho.com. Zoho will host one free domain that has upgrade-able features if I ever need them. Thank you!
Really enjoyed this application, but it seems to have completely stopped working. I am not sure if it is just me, or if it is the app. I sent 2 emails and submitted a ticket from within the extension and have not heard anything back after 2 weeks. I hope that the issue is resolved soon, because there does not appear to be any alternative options.

Love it - but irritates me that it shows time in India and not in UK time. Fix it please!!
Timestamps are a bit annoying as they are completely wrong (for me it's 5 hours and 20 minutes, which means that it is not even a timezone issue but a wrong setup on the server), wish it read my timezone and showed the time according to it. Wish it listed all times an email was opened, rather than the first time, and the tracking history popup had "to" in the table, as well as a fixed css when details are displayed (it is currently 125px in height). Otherwise, works pretty well!
At first I had difficulty with it (didn't know how to track, etc), but apparently Chrome just needs some time to integrate it in Zoho Mail. Click New Mail and there should be an option at the top for tracking and mail delay. Then, under the 'New Mail' button, there's a 'ZMT Tracker' button, where you'll get the history of the emails you sent with tracking. My only problem is that tracking doesn't work for email replies, but other than that, good job! Thank you!
Wrong timestamp on when it was sent but otherwise does what it says! PS if you don't get the OTP Code check your ZMNotification folder
Not working properly. Just gives a notification that someone opened the email. The sent box says that message is delivered but it doesn't change the status to READ even when email is opened.
