One word...awesome!

I am blown away by the features in RightTool. I cannot use QBO without it now! I am asking all of my clients to start using it. The developers are extremely responsive and are obviously working to resolve issues and improve functionality every day. With our user feedback, this is going to be *THE MUST HAVE* QBO productivity tool!

I can no longer use QuickBooks Online without this tool. It has added functionality to QuickBooks that it was lacking and has reduced the amount of clicks needed for many frequent tasks. Support is very responsive and they are constantly improving the product.

I'll never go back to using QBO without Right Tool. It's beyond efficiency. Soo sooo many smart settings that saves clicks which saves time. Every time some new feature rolls out I'm so grateful I went all in on this from the beginning! Although Hector is generous with the free version and has put GREAT stuff in there, as soon as you are able to throw down for Pro, you'll only wish you could/would have done it sooner. Btw, not only is the tool great, but SUPPORT is awesome when you have a question or need anything!

I haven't had time to explore all the features Hector and Mark built into this tool, but I estimate just the few I am using save me at least an hour a week. Once I get past tax season I'll dig into the rest of the support info, which they've very conveniently linked to right from the extension. Based on my past experience with Hector's training materials, I expect them to be excellent, and result in even more time savings.

HOLY COW! RightTool makes QuickBooks Online actually usable. Too many things to write in a review - just try it! For reference: I have used QuickBooks since the DOS days and have every cert Intuit offers. Until now, I haven't been willing to move my own books to QBO because I'm not a fan of the limitations when compared to the desktop version. This is a game-changer that I am going to strongly insist eaach of my clients use before I train them to use QBO correctly.

This Chrome Extension is an incredible tool to increase productivity with its shortcuts and ease of use. It also allows the user to change around the position of the menu shortcuts and designate our own favorites (with keystroke shortcuts to the top 10 favorite shortcuts too). There are SO many great things this FREE extension does, and if you're an accounting professional, the PRO tools are SO worth the cost. It saves me more than I pay for it, FOR SURE!!

Intuit should buy this and integrate its best features into QBO. There are so many things to love here. I've always been a fan of typed shortcuts with autocomplete for navigating complex software, and this is the heart of RightTool. When I first started using QBO, I was frustrated by how many UX elements were clunky... and this extension goes a long way toward cleaning those up. Just having clicked content open a new tab is huge, as it allows me to keep the source screen as it is and come back to it later.

I love RightTool so much that I actually hesitated writing a review because I honestly wasn't sure where to begin! First off, even the free version is a game-changer. I'm going to be asking all of my clients to use it because even just basic features like the search function, the fact that you can have everything open automatically in a new tab, and no longer getting stuck in a transaction loop are priceless. It's like Hector and his team took everything that should have already been in QBO and magically made them appear. But to take it a step further -- not only did I purchase the PRO subscription as soon as it came available, but I'll be getting it for all my team members as well. I had them vote on their favorite features and the #1 was the ability to enter transactions without leaving the reconciliation. Also, the fact that each transaction is noted as "reconciled" or not and links to the transaction report, and the ability to convert transfers to expenses is just... I get emotional. I have one team member who was a little grumbly about having to learn something new, so I said, "just give me ten minutes"... she was completely converted. Even just using 2% of what's available is worth the price. We're all indebted to Hector and the team for taking all our frustrations with QBO and making them go away. If Intuit suddenly sees a mass exodus from QB Desktop to QB Online, this tool will be the reason.

The extra work Hector, Mark and Patrick put into this browser extension / app, will save us Accountants 100's of hours of productive time. A 15 hour a week client can be streamlined down to 10 - 12 hours and maybe less. RightTool is a productivity savior.

This tool is an accountants dream. While the Free version is a great resource. The Pro version is the greatest time saver app I have ever implemented. Do yourself a favor and just give this a try. The support is awesome and the regular webinars make it impossible to not know all functionality easily. Try it now and save your sanity

I do LOVE RightTool. I'm a new QBO user after using QB Desktop for nearly 30 years. Many of you will understand this is not an easy transition for everyone. This extension redeems the QBO experience for me. The features make using QBO much more enjoyable, or at least less frustrating. I opted for the PRO version as soon as it was available. It's worth it for sure!

I hated QuickBooks online until I started using this tool. It makes navigating QBO much easier, especially if you are used to using the desktop version. I will most likely upgrade to the pro version as I start getting more QBO clients.

Time saving, easy access, easy to use tool. Great innovation to enhance online accounting system. The RightTool team is accessible and always updating us with free webinars and email communication. I have a very small practice and find it very useful.

This is a game-changer. Anyone sitting on the fence about moving to QBO from QBDT - your excuses have just been taken away. Hector, Mark and Patrick know QBO and its pain points. This fixes those big and little annoyances, difficulties and "wish-list" items within QBO and then some. Plus it is constantly being improved based on our feedback. Whether the PRO or FREE version, you'll be a QBO Power user in no time. Your workflow will improve, you won't be exasperated anymore and at the end of the day you'll have a smile on your face. Game changer! Amazing.

Everything that you wish you could do in QBO is now included in RightTool, and more to come! All of your frustrations and time saving transactions and report actions are included in this app. Just to be able to jump from a report, into a transaction, and never leave the report page is time saving. Or void a check and all of the vital information that was on that check before you voided it, is now captured in the Memo section of the check. Search for transactions without leaving your place. A new tab opens up each time you do a new function. The list goes on and keeps getting better. It's a Chrome extension that helps you do your QBO work faster. A must have for accountants working in QBO!

This Chrome extension will take your QBO use to the next level. My colleagues and I live in QBO all day long, and I can think of at least 5 of the features that, by themselves, make the PRO subscription worthwhile. Paste journal entries from Excel? Get out of the endless loop when you view transaction details? Open up all of your favorite QBO screens in one shot and be ready to get right back to work on a client's file in seconds, not minutes? Find transactions like Sherlock Holmes with a couple keystrokes--the search features are phenomenal!!! Just those four features improved my productivity and state of mind after just a few days of use. And you know that one idiosyncrasy (or many) of QBO that makes you bonkers? I can almost guarantee you this tool solves it. Hector and the whole RightTool team are obviously on a user-driven mission for efficiency. I urge you not to walk away overwhelmed because there are SO many ways you can tailor the extension. Just pick one feature--you know, the one that solves that one thing that drives you crazy about QBO? You may not save hours per day right off the bat, but I'm pretty sure you'll add months to the end of your life just in stress reduction. The RightTool team has thought of everything.
