I have to admit, I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to technology or SEO. However, this extension has been incredible! At one point, it seemed to stop working. But after searching Google, I discovered that I just needed to hit the "show" toggle button because it went inactive due to lack of use in the past 3 days. Just like that, it started working again! I can't wrap my head around why anyone would rate this amazing FREE product less than 4 stars. You just don't find free products like this anymore!

I Really like this Extension on a daily basis, It still has some bugs but improved a lot. Look forward to get new bug-free versoin.

I had a problem with the Ubersuggest Chrome extension not working properly. One meeting with the support team for 15 minutes solved my problem. Iris and Raphael were very helpful and really know their stuff. The problem seemed to be with the setup of my browser.

As great as the tool is, I find myself constantly having to uninstall and reinstall to actually get it to run. Most of the time if I don't do a fresh install I end up clicking it and absolutely nothing happens. Not sure what the issue is, but most of the time it renders the extension unusable. It's great when it works... but the problem is reliability.

It is quite good when it works but not reliable enough for client meetings - It causes a few embarrassing moments when you click and nothing happens?!

This is the worst chrome extension I have got. It is by far the most unreliable extension out there, and the replies to people using it are a joke. No other extension has a time lag from google when it is updated. >A completely useless and annoying extension from a company that are supposed to be on the top of their game. You cannot even get this right. Either sort it out so it works as it should or remove it from the store until you know what you are doing.

Is there an ETA on when the issue will be resolved where the plugin does not work? We have uninstalled, reinstalled, and cleared cache. We cannot continue to do this every time it stops working. Is the team there working on it or is that the only way to resolve at this time? It is slowing down our process and we really don't want to look for another plugin since we use the primary application for everything. Thank you.

It was working, and it suddenly stopped working. I've tried reinstalling it several times and it refuses to work.

This extension was working great for the longest time, but it stopped working recently despite doing everything they've said to do. Not sure what's wrong, but glad it's not just us.

I love the extension, it works fine. There is one thing bugs me. The default preferred location is "Afghanistan", so I have to switch to US every once in a while, which is a little bit annoying.

Hi, This is the second time I asked the support team to make something because the extension does not work anymore. Unfortunately, I see we are many in this case. I uninstall the extension, clear browser cache and install the new version but it does nothing. Even if it would have worked, this is not what we want to do everytime it crashes. I use many extensions and only yours has many troubles. @UbersuggestTeam, this kind of extension is a must have so I invite you to fix it asap. Thanks

I loved it before but it Stopped working from last week. It literally isn't doing anything.

Works fine and always shows useful data. Like all SEO tools, the accuracy will never be 100% unless using a tracking code on your own property. However for one off cost - the data is certainly a useful indicator. EDIT - Not working all day!

Great extension, when it works. Loved it and part of what made me become a subscriber for Ubersuggest. Sadly, not working now.

I love this extension and use it as my daily driver. But a few days the extension now working properly when I'm using incognito mode. Usually, I use MS Edge browser. Buggy, most of the time clicking the extension doesn't load anything + crash so often.

Another One Of Those That Promises Everything And Delivers Nothing This extension just produces a spinning wheel that spins and spins endlessly. Not only that but slows down your browser when you do not use it. I thought of trying the browser plugin and if it works, to take the monthly subscription package. But no, I don't think my money will be safe in there and getting any value for it. I'm out of this and sticking with Woorank or Moz. Besides, the rice is about the same.

Forces you to view local SEO data, even though I wanted US data. Contacting support, they were unable to offer a solution. Very frustrating experience as a lifelong user.

Wonderful extension, got a life time membership at mouth watering price. Value for money.

I love this but you need to add Bing or another search engine, not just Google. Thank me later.

The extension is amazing and I find it really helpful when doing competitive analysis because it give me all the information I need in the SERPs. I'm giving it 5 star because it's affordable and easy to use. The down side is that sometimes and it breaks my SERPs page and appear in weird places (Please lemme know if I'm wrong here)

After more than 4 hrs. of waiting for any data, I decided to remove this useful tool. Maybe this is a spinning tool.

Does not work in Chrome Version 98.0.4758.81 (Official Build) (64-bit). The previous version worked.

It worked great, until it didn't. It used to show search volume and CPC in the search bar on the Google SERP page, but doesn't anymore. I have the paid account, and yes, I have Ubersuggest open in the same browser. Rather disappointed that it stopped working.

The extension is really great the login is a big pile of mess. I have a subscription plan on ubersuggest for the same id that i use on chrome, but everyday it shows me you have reached you free daily limit of 40 search. There is no login option in the extension as well. Solve it and it will be good.

More limits has been enabled for money minded which irritates the users and think to choose another free and better platforms.

The tool is good when it works, which is rare. It used to be fine now I have to keep fixing it every other day by uninstalling then reinstalling.

I agree with what others say about Niel Patel everything going towards money only. I loved this extension for a very long time, and now I'm uninstalling. It's useless now that the paid feature has taken over, and I cannot always remember to "toggle off" while I'm doing my random searches. So by the time I need it I've somehow used my limit for the day. Very unfortunate.

Literally useless tool if you dont pay. If we cant test, we wouldnt pay would we? Since I cannot see what I am getting, it is literally worthless.

I have the pro life version of ubersuggest but this extension is very annoying, it works and then stop. I have to remove from chrome and then reinstalled to be able to work. And, once it works for like a week it will stop working again and again and again.

Very bad extension.Total waste of time. Not Showing proper suggested keywords.Not even 2 keywords on google page.

I installed it a week back. It was working fine till 2 days ago. Now it has stopped showing results. It now just shows 'Export to CSV' link that takes you to NeilPatel website. Is this the intended behavior? I am also a paid Ubersuggest user. Regards.

The tool is amazing and a masterpiece itself. I love using it as Ubersuggest extension shows you a lot of data on your Google's SERPs without breaking a sweat. But, I wish could give it five stars because they've added a limit of 40 searches even for lifetime paid users of Ubersuggest tool. I don't know why they did that. But if you guys want to complete your sales goals then it's fine. But not allowing a paid member to use Ubersuggest extension freely is what annoys me and force me to uninstall this extension. Kindly let paid users use this tool freely without any limitation.

Why I can't set it in India location, it is by default US, but when I set is India and refresh the page also it show me the US, what happening this? Is this a bug?

This Extension does NOTHING. All it keeps telling me is that there's no sufficient data to show for a site when SemRush show proper analytics for the same domain. The extension doesn't even work on chrome for keywords insights. Sorry, its an uninstall for me. Hope this gets better with newer updates. Will look forward to it.

The extension doesn't seem to be working very well. For instance, in Semrush it shows DA as 28, on Uber it shows 11. Also, the extension has tabs and very often they don't work. You click them and nothing happens. I'm wondering if I need to update this?

I really love all of the info you can get without leaving Google search but, after using it for a while, it stopped working. I uninstalled the extension and re-installed it so I'm hoping it was a one time glitch. You might want to look into it so it runs consistently.

There is no way to disable it on YouTube. It automatically adds a stats sidebar that pushes the content on YouTube to the left. I want to disable it on YouTube but can't find any option.

Just like other extensions out there which show CPC and Search Volume in Google, this doesn't work in Chrome OS properly too. However, it managed to show keyword data in Google Search box(which others weren't able to) but the options that appear in the sidebar are misisng and that's why I can't change the location and language settings. While we are at it, I would suggest to introduce an option in the sidebar panel to disbale it permanelet; let it only show keyword data in the Google Search box only. This is tool is really great for get keywords details but one big issue with this extension I am Raja shah from India. When select India location and search any keyword on google. It's show the USA data. And I have change it lots of time but It's always show USA data. I don't know what is problem may this a bug or something else. And this is the big problem for me

When I installed the Ubersuggest chrome extension 2.0 it was working okay, but after some time, it stops showing all statistics when I am searching for something. I have tried an uninstall-install procedure number of times, but it isn't working. Please fix this problem. This is the best free tool in SEO Category but the main problem is that they are always updating it or making this toll unavailable to users to force them for buying their paid service. Mostly this plugin is not available for use. now i hate this plugin and neilpatel.com professionalism. i observed that they are only focusing only paid users. if you will pay them they will give you the best services. i hope they will fix the problem and I will change the rating!

Ive been using this for about 2 months. I love it. I do all the work on the websites of 2 businesses we own and I have to say Neil Patel has been my go to guy to learn how to get my websites to rank. I'm a total beginner but using what I learn from Neil Patel we do pretty good and improving year over year

It's perfect for me except that it resets country database location every time. Would rate 5 stars if it stopped doing that. EDIT: Now it won't let me swap to my country at all. Useless at the moment for me but I've left it installed in case it's fixed soon. Tried reinstalling the plugin with no success. Will rate higher once these issues are fixed.
