Game Changer Helium is a game changer for me when it comes to researching profitable products to sell on Amazon. It integrates smoothly with Amazon to give the most up-t-date insights for sellers. The only reason I marked it as a 4 rather than a five as it does bog things down a bit.

Visited their official website. Clicked on pricing - seems to be not working. It kept loading. Added the extension and it is same. It does not allow to do anything. Hope they will fix it soon.

Don´t add your credit card!! Please this is a very important information before you pay for the first month. Hellium 10 keep your credit card information and you can Not delete that information. Hellium 10 only allow you to change just add a new credit card information but Not delete the current one. Before you pay for this, just be aware of the future situation

When I started Amazon about 3 years ago I paid for all the tools I could. But when I found H-10 and compared it to all the rest, I can guarantee you, won't need any more tools. Helium 10 is the best.

It is a awesome Product Research and Product analysis Website and web extension

They overcharged me on my subscription. I did have a lower level one and they did take the money for the higher subsription. Altough I got now the higher one, I do not want it but tey refuse to downgrade it. Have been a customer and would have stayed a customer but this is some really bad stuff to be honest. Stay away.

Anyone who reviews this poorly is likely an overthinker or a bottom feeder. The negative reviews are people complaining about too much information or the price. Our Amazon business is almost at eight figures a year and I know many many other successful sellers and we use TWO programs, Helium 10 is the main one, the other is for profit tracking. The other sellers I personally know love Helium 10, for $99/month you get everything you need to sell on Amazon minus a better profit tracking tool once you scale up. Instead of having 7 softwares that cost alot more versus Helium 10. I have 0 affiliation with them, but the negative reviews are completely unwarranted and pathetic.

They limit number of uses in paid plans for tools like Cerebro, and don't indicate that in plans comparison page! I got a bad surprise after subscription into Platinum plan. Don't believe their claims of unlimited uses for paid plan, especially with Cerebro tool.

In principle, very interesting information, but the Chrome extension stopped working overnight...

Every Time we start hunting product it shows N/A Mostly then we have to clear history + delete extension many more stuff than install it back and we are not confirmed that it will be right or not sometime it gives right DETAILS some time it doesn't Im really Disappoint from this

There are filters to help me to focus on the data I need and make corresponding decisions based on further analysis. I seldom experienced glitches and the extension is overall reliable. Recommended for Amazon sellers!

Great tool to keep an eye on the market and to minimise risk when taking decisions. Also fairly exact and easy to use, with a lot of filters and exporting options to make the most of data analysis. I'm very happy to use it.

It's a great tool for product research without H10 to become a seller on Amazon is so risky.

Why does the API keep on having sync issues? I am paying every month and we have filed many customer service requests yet I still keep on getting API sync errors. We have spent much time trying to fix this and optimize campaigns but Adtomic still keeps on glitching and causing errors. I am very upset about this. Suggested changes are not pulling through in multiple marketplaces and I have issues with campaign creation errors and campaign family creation is inconsistent and broken. Automation is also broken and my ACOS is still out of control even though I have waited a long time for Helium 10 to optimize the campaigns. It turns out that nothing is being done and I have to wait a long time for customer support to give me an unhelpful answer. This product is not trustworthy and I am very upset with your product. This product is unrefined and very buggy. It is not ready to be released into the market.

I donot trust this company after Manny sold it to some group. Recently a user posted on their facebook group that they received an email from either Thrasio or Helium 10 logo on the letterhead . This was a breach of trust and i removed myself from subscription of $199 which was useless most of the time except for product research which i dont even use anyways because im so afraid of the data they collect. To put things simple this was unacceptable and they blamed it on the creatives who made a mistake to put thrasio on their letter head what a joke. Sorry guys but there are honest sellers in Amazon. You can fool some people sometimes but you cant fool every people all the time.

Constantly crashing! I need to use this extension only to see 10 products rank changing, but every 2nd week it's crashing and i have to reinstall Chrome, thats the only solution. So why would i give money for this extension?

I've been paying the basic subscription for > 6 months, but continue to find it difficult to navigate and use in any meaningful way. The latest is the chrome extension has stopped working completely. Support are little or no help. I've now ended my subscription.

This extension changed the width of my scrollbar. My scrollbar! Can you imagine that? Why would an Amazon marketing extension change my browser's UI on unrelated websites? Maybe the product is good, but the extension is poorly coded at best, or invasive at worst. Also, it's set to read data from ALL websites by default, when in reality it should probably be set to only http*amazon.* addresses.

totally a waste a time. Nothing is free. A cheap tactics to get your email information to start bothering you to buy this tool. This show how cheap these guys are. The add is completetly deciesive so please stay away from it.

Doesn't seem to work on smile.amazon.co.uk Not a big issue to drop the "smile" prefix, but doesn't then fit with all my saved links and general day to day usage

It is the only site you will ever need to buy. I have registered and i am now going through all the training videos (free of charge) and it's mind blowing what these tools can do for your business. Absolute trash. If I could give it -1 star I would. They spam you every chance they can get and try to milk you for everything you got. This extension is just to suck you into their program and they try really hard. The calculator is always off and very inaccurate. Don't expect accurate numbers from this extension.

I'm sure Helium 10 is a great product, but I haven't been able to see for myself because of an error that prevents Helium 10 from connecting to my Amazon Sellers account. I raised the issue with Helium 10 Support almost THREE WEEKS ago (yes, you read that correctly) and they still haven't been able to fix it. I am new to Amazon FBA and I purchased Helium 10 with the hope that it would be the best way to start my new business, but I have been left bitterly disappointed.

The tool itself is comprehensive. However, the extension causes issues with Seller Central pages and the development team's "solution" is to disable when using Seller Central.... NOT A SOLUTION

Not working in amazon.in for India. Waste of Time

My review is applicable to the free version as I have never used the paid one. This tool used to be great at showing you revenues, sale ranks, review counts and so much more, until a few weeks ago when they made it practically useless. It does not show anything anymore. If you are lucky, you might occasionally get some numbers, but most of the time you get blurred figures.

Useless, I can't believe someone would actually pay for this thing. At first glance, it's packed with tons of features, but don't be fooled, upon further use, I've found they're of little use. Take keyword index for example , it can only tell you if your keyword is indexed or not, but not the exact page or position where your product'll show up, Come on! Even other free Chrome tool can do better than this! I've really hoped it to work, so disappointed! Uninstall it in 10 minutes(long enough for me to figure out it doesn't work as advertised).

No equal match to H10. I tried many so call "amazing" tools for Amazon. I cannot say I 've tried all of them. It works for us period. Solid and knowledgeable team behind the H10 with 99% accuracy. Keep doing great job.

Well, so far I like it a lot. This is 3rd FBA tools i have tried out and am glad I did. Compared to the other tools i've been using, it's like night and day. Just starting to learn Cerebro in searching for high volume keywords the best-sellers use and love it already. Filters are great as well. Dabbled with other tools from Helium 10 and these creators did a very good job in knowing what is important to succeed on Amazon. Can't wait to try out the other tools in depth and also coming soon message buyers tool. I like creators that create new content to add in their products for the sellers. Very good choice i made. The extension is good too for Chrome.

I compared it with about 4 others and it has more features, better UI to grasp, and is better priced. I don't know how they make more and at a better price possible, however, they did it! This tool is just a way to get you to sign up and use the software with a steep price tag. The owner Manny emails me every other day to buy this and that. Even after unsubscribing he tracks my profile every where.Give me a break!! The tool is useless without using the software. Its like a gateway drug! I constantly have to turn it off because I am afraid he is tracking my clicks and what ever ASIN I look at. Gotta look else where for another solution. Sorry not worth my precious privacy.
