How to install Ext Manager Pro: Your Extensions Control Hub extension 0.2.1 from crx file

To use an Ext Manager Pro: Your Extensions Control Hub extension 0.2.1 CRX file, first download the file to your computer.
Then open the Chrome browser and go to the Chrome Extensions page: chrome://extensions/
