I've been using MailTrack for a year and it performs flawlessly. On the rare occasion when I need customer support it is supplied quickly and the issue is solved.

First: The extension doesn't work. Second: At the end of the e-mail, the receiver can see that you're using e-mail track. That's shameful.

I have a question before paying for Pro version. Can Mailtrack integrate with my business alias email addresses inside gmail?

I have been using this extension for about a week and half and it has quickly become an invaluable tool for me to use for my work. I am currently preparing a presentation to advocate for getting the pro version for our sales team here at work. There are a couple of small limitations around working with sales teams and visibility of metrics from teams but for individual use it is a great tool and I highly recommend it.

I have used MailTrack for some years, and have paid for the Pro version - it is a fantastic tool It is an amazing tool, with fantastic support if needed from the team. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack from support when switching accounts, and not only was he quick with his responses they were to the point, and sorted out exactly what was needed without any fuss. If you are wondering if to get it - just do it, you won't regret it.

I recently paid for the pro version for my business, I needed to switch the account to a different email and contacted their support email expecting to have to wait at least a day or two for a response. Within half an hour the problem was completely solved and I was all good to go again! Can't recommend this enough!

Doesn't work for me. Error message saying upon logging into Grammarly "Something went wrong, try again". But can't log in. Uninstalled.

In my work and social life, communication plays an important part. Using Mailtrack I always know if my message have or haven't been opened. It is a reliable service, affordable and offers great customer support. I can highly recommend it.

It is sad and very annoying that we can not delete the tracking history. You will end up with dozensand dozens of pages of your emails sent and how manytimes that have been opened, etc. I wish that we could delete the whole tracking history.

I have been using Mailtrack for some years now and it is brilliant. It saves so much time and concern as to whether my emails have been received or read and the notifications are immediate. I cannot fault the customer service either - very helpful and friendly. I have upgraded to Pro and would have no hesitation in recommending Mailtrack.

MailTrack has been a go-to of mine for quite some time. It works flawlessly. And the service team is super responsive and helpful. I had a billing issue and they straightened it out quickly. Really happy.

Can't sign in. I try to access the https://mailtrack.io/ site to sign in. But it is not secure and chrome doesn't allow me to proceed. I wait for a week but the issue still persists. It looks just an SSL certification expiration, why you didn't update it yet?

There doesn't seem to be a way to turn OFF mailtrack reminders once you turn them on for an email, so if you don't ever get a reply, you're stuck with a reminder email every 72 hours...

I have really enjoyed using mailtrack pro with gmail. It is a great service with excellent, responsive customer support. I use mailtrack pro to give me a competitive edge and peace of mind in my business transactions. Highly recommend this service. My favorite cool feature is getting a heads up when an old email (or quote) is reopened months after it was originally sent. This knowledge is like having ESP enabling me to be prepared before the impending client phone call. It's a game changer for me!

Using Mailtrack along the its Chrome extension for a few years now. It's amazingly helpful and I've never had a problem with it. Works as advertised and I warmly recommend it.

I was hesitant buying MailTrack for a long time but it's my #1 email tool now. I had to switch my Google Workspace account for another one while keeping the same email username and the support was very helpful in migrating the subscription for me.

Almost useless on my Samsung android. Really bad. Works as it should using my laptop.

Mailtrack is extremely useful because it shows you when an email you sent is opened. Their technology is so good, that it only shows as "opened" if the recipient opens the email. Most mail merge software will show an email as "opened" if you accidentally open the email you sent. This software never has any down time, it works 24/7.

Love this extension. No more people fibbing about not receiving, not having read emails sent to them. The open rate gives you great insight into reader interest which is essential for sales. Saves so much time and allows you to concentrate on the most likely prospects.

I am a new user of Mail track, and I find this application very useful for keeping track of emails sent to users. Now I do not have to make calls to enquire if someone received my email; I get Realtime reports as the emails are opened and read. I was also very impressed by the sense of urgency of the support team in resolving issues raised. I raised a support request, and within a few hours, the same was resolved

I have used Mailtrack for years and years. Once I started working for companies that use Google Workspace, I ponied up to hide the "Tracked by Mailtrack" footer in my emails, but it's been extremely valuable in my personal and professional work lives. I find out if the target of an email hasn't even opened it yet, so I know how to phrase my follow up. I haven't used a lot of the metrics and available tools, to be honest, but it is also helpful to see when attachments have been accessed as well. It's a great tool, and their tech support replied to my request within 5 minutes or so. Highly recommend!

So far, everything has been great. I had a little problem, but support was bale to help in like MINUTES. Other than that, nothing wrong.

The best and must have chrome extension if you are using a Gmail account. Also, the premium version charges are super reasonable also. I just wish that they integrate the eMandate support in their platform to make sure people from India can also subscribe to this awesome service. P.S.: This extension also works flawlessly in the new Chromium based Microsoft Edge (this is truly awesome).

Thought I try this tracker before any others, so I tested it by sending it to another email of mine which I rarely go to. I never went to the server to open the mail, yet the tracker screen said it was opened one time (like instantly as soon as I sent it). I guess I'll keep looking for another brand of tracker.

A prompted team was quick and assertive to provide a reply with a straight forward solution to my situation. That's what a support team should be. It's an example to a lot of businesses out there.

The product is fantastic. Works exactly as described. And, during the ONE time I've needed to contact Support, I had a response within 5 minutes and they completely solved my question with one interaction. Out of a possible 50 tacos...I would give them 50 tacos.

With the free version it sends my emails to drafts in gmail. Is stuck there and will NOT send out. Can't contact support unless you pay and I am unwilling to pay since it doesn't work. How can I company wanting customers do not provide at least an email or contact form to report that the service does NOT work. SMH

Such a powerful extension. I can see who has opened mail at what time, and can follow up on them if haven't received a reply. I usually get the work done faster now because of this.

The app works as it is supposed to and gives me reassurance that my emails have been delivered and read. This is a great way of monitoring just how much activity each email is creating. The one time I have had an issue with the app it was handled quickly and courteously by customer support. Highly recommended.

Meets my needs in every way. And the one issue I did need help with was handled in an an exceedingly quick manner. It is easy to reach a REAL PERSON!

Still not perfect, still needs some improvements but so far, it delivers.

This is so handy, especially today when so much information is sent by email it is helpful to know in real time if it has been read. Another plus is should you need support is they are right on top of it. I thought I would possibly get a response to my question with in 24 hours, not at all, It was not even 24 minutes. Kudos!

It is such a great way to make sure you know if someone got your email and read it. That way you can follow up with a text to let them know you sent it. I really enjoy (and relax) when I use this program.

Great extension and support! I have been using Mailtrack on my personal email (gmail) for a long time and I have enjoyed sending emails with the Mailtrack icon visible so the people are aware that the mail is being tracked. Upgrade to Pro added a few lovely additional features. Not to forget the wonderful and responsive support team. Kudos to you folks!

I will give ZERO stars if I could. The report says the email was not read yet the receiver already replied. LOL. WHAT A JOKE. Then it just stopped working even if I paid for PRO. They are difficult to reach. I get better tracking with whoreadme.com

This app works great. It is so helpful to know when my messages are read. I haven't had any problems with this app.

I really enjoyed using Mailtrack and the only reason I stopped, is because my company made a decision to use a CRM that also tracks my emails. But I send out 50-60 emails a day and some days I get no responses. So it's really helpful to see when people are at least opening them. It not only shows WHEN they're opening, but it also shows EVERY TIME they open and it also lets me know if they click on any links. So even if I wasn't getting replies, but I was seeing a lot of interest from a particular person, I would really target that person to try to get that reply. Mailtrack was free to use and the premium version is a very fair price! Highly recommend!! :)

I've been using the free version for months and it's been a great experience so far... Free real-time tracking was what I was after and it's what I got, but my main concern was that it may have too much popups like other alternatives I found and - thankfully - it didn't. I also reached out to the support team earlier today and got a response after 7 minutes with the correct solution to my issue!

The customer service is exemplary the app is a great tool to use in personal and business matters.

Using this app has been super valuable to my job being in sales. When I had a little technical trouble, their customer support replied immediately and I was able to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend downloading this for yourself.

This doesn't work at all. Constant errors and the tracking information for your email eventually just disappears from your gmail page, without giving you any confirmation about whether the recipient opened the email or not. Also, I'm pretty sure Google/Gmail blocks tracking pixel tech, which I assume this is based on, so that would make this extension completely useless.

Honestly, this is the best must-have chrome extension ! Compared to other extensions that offer similar solutions, Mailtrack is the best and most importantly the most reliable ! After testing it for two months, I have decided to purchase the pro version which includes awesome features like Email Activity, which helps us see each time and date the email was read.

I love this app, I upgrade it to PRO a few years ago and it worth all the money (but is not expensive at all). Also great support, always.

Mailtrack is a great tool to track your emails and see when important or time-sensitive emails are opened and read by your recipients. It has definitely helped me to proactively manage such emails.

I work with time sensitive information and emails. This has been a superior way to monitor my communications.

Add more features please: 1. Follow up email when the email did not opened after x days x hours 2. Follow up email when the email did not get reply after x days 3. Email Schedule/ send later 4. Find best time to send email (the time most people open our email) based on the history

What an amazing thing. Spend $5 or even $2 a month, and you know exactly when your emails were read and when your links were clicked. Simply AWESOME. I love the feature "how many times the email was read, exact time of each reading". It gives me an idea how much the recipient is interested in my products. The only thing I would suggest is changing the system for bulk emails sending (Campaigns). There should be a gap between sending emails to a group of persons, to minimize the spamming issue. Like the GMass has it. I should click on the "send" button and it should send emails to those persons in a specified time period, like " send emails with a gap of 2minutes, or 5 minutes". OVERALL, MAILTRACK is a MASTER PIECE.

Mailtrack is quite useful for getting information from the leads side when you want to decide on the next steps. Which links they've clicked and receiving such an intuition about planning next steps. I also find which leads should I follow up according the signals I can see by Mailtrack and also finding out correct and wrong emails, messages blocked, messages have not been read..... .

The Mailtrack function works really well and is easy to use. No more wondering whether your email has been opened or not, so takes the guesswork out of deciding when to send a follow up. The customer support team are also very fast in responding to queries. Would definately recomment Mailtrack.

Does *not* work if the receiver doesn't click on "Display images below". So you stille don't know if the recipient read your mail or not.

I have used Mailtrack for years. Very impressed. Recently, I made a mistake when renewing my subscription. I promptly emailed Customer Support and I had a response within 24 hours with the issue fully corrected and resolved. Highly recommend and appreciate that they take care of their customers!
