Not working anymore.
Stopped working for me as of April 5th 2023. It no longer inserts the URL onto the sstwitter searchbar automatically. Now it just leaves the URL search bar blank reading nothing.
DO NOT INSTALL! I tried this out, immediately didn't like it since all it does is link you to a 3rd party site when you click download video, and after I removed it from Chrome, ALLLLLL my browser history and cookies were deleted!

Works great! I've had no problems and I've been using this for quite a while now. One thing I will say though is that it sometimes fails if you click the download button on a retweet or quote retweet. Just go to the actual tweet instead and then click the download button from there. And yes the site it directs you to IS safe. It's not a trick.
There's no button. It only redirects the user to a separate website where you have to copy the twitter link and convert to download from there.
Useless. Does nothing - just redirects to a third party downloader service. Does not work with private accounts.
Thank the author for sharing, but I can do better. I give a suggestion, that is, you can download with one click without jumping to another interface. It works, but it opens 3rd party site. You just need to right click which one you wanna download and then click "save as.."

Rubbish - just a 100 clicks to 0 result - HIGHLY SUSPECT
Works, but does so by diverting to a third party website. Doesn't require access to all your secure chrome features unlike most scammy downloaders at least, but the reliance on a third party website diversion is really, really unacceptable.
The only extension that ive found that works
