Horrible Customer Experience and Account Management, stay away from this company! We signed a one year contract with them and used the product for nearly 3 years. We notified them we were using it month to month as we were evaluating options that had both LMS and Learning as well as knowledge base. They tried to hold us to a contract well past term and sent to collections without even talking to us. We spent tens of thousands of dollars with them and fulfilled our contract and they treated their customers like this. Horrible experience and they lost a customer and reference for life. I would not do business with this company as you are just a dollar-figure to them and do not care about relationship or finding a solution for the customer. Steer clear of them and find other options with better relationship-focused values.
Beware of this company. They seem nice but if you need to change services, they will not allow any refunds at all. Even if you cancel after 7 days they will keep the entire year payment. I would suggest to only do monthly so you won't lose big money
Great extension for a great service. My biggest wish is that they add an option for the extension to toggle the visibility of the tab. I would rather hide the tab and only display the pop-out by clicking on the extension itself.

Guru itself is fine. I suppose it's a matter of personal preference, but for me this extension is not useful. It causes all Guru links to open in a popup that covers the current page's content, and implements its own tab system. Opening the link in a new Chrome tab is far more usable and less jarring.

This application is AMAZING. I love how video can be embedded into the knowledge cards. I almost let this one slip by. I'm so glad I revisited this application. Great for small business. Free for up to 10 users.
I was onsite with a customer yesterday and used it mid-conversation. I clicked a button and boom, the answer was right there. The thing I like most is Guru is capitalizing on the overwhelming need for sales reps to have answers RIGHT NOW.

Guru has been an excellent addition to my daily routine. I've used it in a small startup situation and was able to share my information with teammates seamlessly and be able to get info without having to interrupt their work.
