First, this is just an old version of Ruffle. Second, sites like Kongregate which say to install Supernova still don't work after installing this.
Didn't work on Kongregate at all after installing it and restarting my Chrome. Seems I am not the only one here.
If you're reading this, be informed that this extension isn't used for what you expect it to do. But since it can't do what it's intended to do, it's practically a useless extension.
It work well for few day, and then it stop working altogether. i haven't figure why is stop working
Works maybe 10% of the time I try to use it. Didn't work when I first downloaded it, worked for a short time and has gone back to not working.

if you have the ruffle.rs extensions installed, you can get this extension to "run in ruffle" on every site, so in coordination with that, i'd suggest making this extension auto-initialise upon every opening it can. - that way it'll save us the trouble of having to manually initialise it every time.
For those saying it doesn't work, you need the actual SuperNova player installed as well. The extension only launches the player.

Either I'm doing something wrong or it just does not work at all. Tried playing Swords and Souls on Kongregate and nothing happens. When I click the extension the only button to click is "Run in Ruffle". When I click it nothing happens. Also tried the app version and does not work either. I double click the setup file, I agree to their terms and conditions and it starts checking for updates. After the window closes nothing happens. Nothing new in file explorer, nothing new on my desktop, and still doesn't run the game. Absolute garbage
it only works for about half of the games, it works fine for the games that it will run. I hope it gets an update, but I'm glad to have any way to get to the old flash games
i downloaded the extension but when i try to play any game it stills doesn't let me and gives me the message to download the extension to play. I don't understand.

Completely useless. Doesn't do anything. Years after flash's demise, I still can't play anything on Kong.
It works, but only for the demo they show on their website. Trying it on for example Kongregate just doesn't work as with many flash game websites, flash is never detected as blocked since the sites never ask to run it anymore, and clicking the "open with SuperNova" button directly just doesn't launch anything. If it does work for you feel free to show me where you play your flash game(s) I'm very curious to see if the positive reviews saying it works are still relevant.
it works games do start up however there is one problem every single flash game brings up a popup in the menu telling you to allow flash storage on your pc but you cannot allow deny or skip it it is stuck on the screen and you cannot play anything please make a way to get rid of it
It's a really cool extension but it doesn't work If you enable the flash thingy it reloads the page and gives you the link to the chrome web store (For reference i'm playing epic battle fantasy 5)
I absolutely loved it so much it worked fine for me and I could play all the games I couldn't previously (just fyi it works really well for any kongregate games on their website).
???? Why does this extension not work. No matter how many times you add and re-add it. Nobody even fixes this problem so why is it still available.

as many people have said, the app has some bugs, but for most of the games I like it's able to run them just fine. I don't understand why so many people are complaining about it being broken as there's only a few games that can't be run for all you people who can't find the game any more, try unblocked sites

This extension is not enough you have to install a separate flash player. Better use a flash enabled browser like Flash Browser from flash pm

Like all the previous comments previously; attempted to use the extension, none of the websites that require it work and i swiftly deleted it and deleted accounts of the sites procrastinate on. Kongregate no longer works on any games for me so deleted.

i try to download it and it doesn't even download the actual app. it opens the exe download tabs and shows it downloading, but it really doesn't. total failure. doesn't work on kongregate, coolmatgames, or just the web. hate it.

This extension sucks I only got it working for one game that I don't even really like, don't waste your time with this. Also does anyone know a version of last stand union city that actually works I really miss that game.

This is a horrible standalone app, but when combined with a program such as https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/flashplayer-swf-to-html/nodnmpgjlnclahkmgjiinfjklgbbgecg , it is a wonderful program I use a lot. Thank you!

work great until a few months later it started getting really really really bad I've been trying to play mutilate a doll 2 and it won't even load it so I'm un- installing it right now
does nothing on chromebooks
Trying to play at addictinggames.com and needed flash enabled. Downloaded SuperNova SWF and my chrome.exe file is tampered w/ or moved!!! Shortcuts no longer function and app seems to be deleted! This app is garbage at a minimum if not dangerous to users.

It doesn't work, and I was only able to make it even apply as chrome extension through chrome webstore, no other sources even work to install... and even after installing, id did litterally nothing.

Do not install the SuperNova software on your computer. It is a virus. It delete Chrome, fortunately I had anti-virus installed which took care of the virus. I don't know what else that virus was capable of doing!

I kinda confused that everyone have problem with it i find it great as new adoble flash player, only thing i could say that screen is smaller but that really nothing tbh as most websites had it too.
i tried it on kongregate for 2 games, one just showed a blue screen in the little frame and the other did a loading symbol went black. im using a chromebook, so that may have something to do with it

Unfortunately doesn't work with Kongregate despite their recommendation. Would love a version that works on Mac Chrome.

i mean i understand why they stoped and started blocking but at least make it so that all the flash games wont be unplayable or just create a beter alternative i wanted to play te visitor returns but flash blocked it

Kongregate told me to install this extension "for the best experience." I made sure to follow all the steps, but when I tried it there, on Armor Games, and even on physicsgames.net, I had a 0% success rate. Unless the creators update the extension very soon to fix this major bug, I'll have to succumb to Flash's demise. :'( However, if I download the SuperNova Player (which I already did), Kongregate allows me to play most of its Flash games as SWF files! The only problem is starting all over if you don't have a backup save code (since your progress doesn't get transferred).

Has never worked for me on Chrome. I click the icon then click enable flash player and the page refreshes and nothing i click the icon again and once again it says enable flash player so yeah the plugin is worthless in its current state
Gotta give the devs some credit! Even though this extension can be very buggy sometimes, it's a miracle that it works at all. All these people are giving this such a bad rating but what they don't understand is how difficult the process of creating something like this is. Yes, sometimes it doesn't work at all, but when it does it's okay to deal with. The best possible scenario would be if they could let us use flash in the browser itself but that would just be way too difficult to implement. I gotta give a big thank you to the devs for even attempting something like this and trying to preserve many years of history and the hard work people put into creating games for us, so thank you and I hope that you continue to improve this extension throughout the years that follow!
