Super handy - I really like it for keeping my inbox clean and reminding me of to dos.

Worthless! I paid for the personal version which it billed annually all at once, but the service does not work. I have tried following the instructions and clicking mail merge but it wants me to pay again! There is apparently no way to call anyone by phone, and as of two days ago they have not replied to my support email. Further, now even my regular emails do not get sent without a hassle. Various messages pop up and I have to go to my drafts folder and hit send over and over. Totally infuriating!

The easiest of all the mass mailing aps.

Literally the thing advertised it does for free is not free. I am willing to pay for this type of service but because of the fact that they straight up lied about their product I will not be using this. Don't download this unless you want to allow an untrustworthy company to access your Google account.

I am paid subscriber, yet ZERO SUPPORT...REMINDER emails are not re-appearing in INBOX.. mailed them but no reply...

My emails stopped arriving and I am being blacklisted on many servers. I'm not using this to send batch emails, just for confirming receipt of contracts.

I love the email Tracking mechanism you have used in your extension, this help me a lot as it confirm me that you email has been read.

Just gets in the way of sending e-mails immediately as it "schedules" e-mails to be sent. Useless App - deleting and removing now!

I have been using Boomerang for years. Right Inbox is better and has everything I need plus more. I have the paid version which is 1/2 as much as Boomerang, so I don't get the pop-ups. I am a busy virtual executive assistant with 6 clients. I need to remind all of them of everything all the time. I couldn't live or function without an app like this and I love this more than I did Boomerang. Which is saying something!!!! Thank you Right Inbox!

Disgusting app. It leaves a signature which says "Sent with Right Inbox" at the bottom of the email and violates your privacy. Secondly, this tool even has right to delete all your emails permanently makes no sense to have this right at all. I'm going to report this chrome extension as harmful and request others to uninstall and report it at earliest for the permanent removal.

I thought I was going to like it, but the free version's popups for upgrading annoyed me so much I removed it. I only reinstalled to it to write a review. It will be removed again. I just thought that the creators should know they're losing users by having so many in your face popups. I didn't even get a chance to really try it. Day one, on gmail for 5 minutes, and had to close the upgrade popup 3 times. So this review really isn't about the program itself, but rather about the annoying upgrade popups.

All the useful tools need to be paid for waste of time. I recommend using outlook.

Freezes up my entire browser and I cannot do anything. I have to force close the browser and reopen it. It sometimes happens 4-5 times before I can send one email

Initially got this extension for the email tracking feature. Kept putting my emails in drafts instead of sending them. Bad UI and design. I have now disabled the plugin.

Very clean design, easy to find features, even easier to install. We needed notes to add to our emails (Gmail).

Lot of promise, but a little buggy for me. I primarily bought it for the template capabilities. I've had trouble easily sending from a template (sometimes have to go to "manage templates" and use the save and compose feature to get it to work) and, when I do, the email isn't lined spaced properly. If I insert the template twice, the second insertion always has the proper line spacing. Hoping they work this out.

NICE APP. I LIKED IT

Terrible, I don't recommend it and I wasted money paying for a month's subscription. The plutin is very heavy (even on a notebook with 32GB + i7 12370H + Nvidia RTX3050TI), it crashes all the time, loses login and needs to reconnect with every browser restart. "Send Now" button does not send emails on time, causing a lot of delay in delivery and requiring multiple clicks to work. Also, as already commented by others here the functionality of "Track" and "Click Links" is not reliable. I really expected more from a plugin that appears to be beautiful and visually pleasing, but when it's time to use it's terrible. Grade zero.

It's useful even if you don't pay a cent! Not to mention how much value you get even on a basic plan. Lucky find I'm happy with :)

For a free tool this is not useful for sending recurring emails as you can only label something a recurring but cannot actually get it to be recurring unless you pay. You can schedule emails and send attachements through gmail normally. The free version does not do much to enhance your ability to send emails. Avoid unless you are willing to pay.

Keeps wanting to authenticate, and the UI on the SEND button keeps overlapping, so I have to restart the window to send now, and not schedule a send. Bit frustrating

Right Inbox couldn't even pass the simple test I gave it. I sent two email to two other accounts. After 2 hours, the emails still had not arrived. The next day they had still not arrived. After deleting Right Inbox, my email delivery went back to normal. Do not assume that this product will work. Test it before you have to depend upon it.

I have suggestion for sequence email: 1 Follow up when email did Not opened after x hours x days. 2 Follow up when they did not reply after x days 3 Follow up by keywords 4 Follow up template, so we can use it easier and faster Add statistic what time most people read the email. so we can send it at best time to make it get better opened opportunity Add search features so we can search and show what needed and also consider appsumo promotion

Love it, but the only problem is, I can't do a recurring email, so I have to schedule it every week.

It's been a year and they have not solved a simple issue. I am facing an issue which is when I send an email it is going in draft rather than sent items. I have sent emails to their support many times, but they just say "Sorry, we are working on it". Please don't waste your time and money on this.

Just started using it but WOW! love all the tools that it comes with. i wish they would offer a discount to buy the full version.

I am still trying to figure it out, but I am confident I will upgrade my rating.

This is very helpful tool in moving through my emails much faster. In addition, it works well with other programs from Box.com, Google Docs, ZOHO and more.

Love it great for following up

If you want your email to be seen as JUNK well this is the right place, as soon as you enable tracking your emails are guarantee to go straight to the junk folder. What a joke I just switch over to Gmail so all of my customer will receive my email well this dose the opposite.

It needs to be able to do recurring emails hourly or ever second, third, fourth hour etc..

I haven't been using this long, but I've noticed a few problems. I couldn't find how to change the line spacing in the templates. I looked on the help page but want able to find anything. I also find the constant up sale pop ups, and pop ups for email accounts I don't have or want the extension installed on annoying. Overall it seems to do what it says through.

Not a fan at all of the constant nag screen popups in the free version. They should at least limit one per day... it is ridiculous!

I tried tracking email but it doesn't work as well... i try to send email to my other email account but it didn't track the open email and how many times i clicked. did i use it incorrectly or this is buggy and faulty? but it has other great functions like scheduling emails which Gmail lacks.

Started to try and use as a replacement for bananatag, honestly no where near as good and more expensive. templates a total mess and difficult to arrange.

You need tokens for putting in names etc so it does not have to me a manual process but overall an affordable tool

Doesn't track at all, I opened the sent email and each time it showed that the person I had sent the email to has opened it.

The pop-ups are terrible. Extremely annoying and too often. The interface is also kinda clunky.

The person who runs this extension is nothing more than CON ARTIST and SPAMER. He'll send you SPAM, SPAM, and more SPAM, even if you delete the extension and remove permissions from your google account he'll steal your email and will keep sending you SPAM. There is no choice to unsubscribe from his emails.

What a nice change with an easier setup this is in comparison to Boomerang plus a better price point!

I absolutely love this tool! I can easily add gifs, schedule emails, track clicks and more. It makes it super easy to work later into the night, but schedule emails during normal business hours to preserve work boundaries.
