Thank you it works. Such a annoying problem they should just disable this from the start.
Useful extension, and works well for most of the time. Occasionally though, you close a tab while mousewheeling, and Chrome will switch to the previously opened tab, then suddenly zoom it to 300% or whatever. Then the extension kicks in and prevents you from resetting it back to 100% using mousewheel, so you have to use the keyboard to do it.

I already install this extension on my chrome. I have restarted my chrome. In this page, I press CTRL and then do scrolling using two finger up or down on my laptop touchpad, but this page still zooming. So, I guess this is not work. Please fix. Thank you.

Works as stated! No more accidental zoom when mouse scrolling (Logitech G-502) through long sites. Was a real pain with a sensitive scroll wheel and using the wheel tilt for Ctrl-Tab side to side. Awesome, thank you!
