The extension does what it says it does, which is making rounded corners practically obsolete. One addition that would be nice to be the ability to select certain elements on a site and toggle whether they keep their roundness or not. For example, seeing YouTube display the loading icon as a square is kind of funny to look at but I can also see that being quite a hinderance when watching videos.
