I would say it works on around half of the websites, but that still saves me a lot of time and my privacy. On the websites where it does work, it seems to automatically opt out of the legitimate interest, too.
Doesn't work on many sites and slow on those that it does.
Although not perfect, at present it has reduced 99% of the irritation associated with trying to refuse cookie permissions from sites that are not compliant with GDPR. Having a background automated process to respond to cookie settings is fantastic, My biggest frustration used to be news sites, now, for the most part I no longer need to deal with the cokie consents. There are a couple of hiccups but relatively few.
Overall works well, it just misses some cookie prompts, like reddit, and Google's own proprietary cookie prompt that apparently nobody can remove, thus I give it 4 stars. A good effort, just not accurate enough.
I got no use from it, and it actively worsened my expierience with some websites including streaming platforms and my bank.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it does'nt
First free option that has worked on most sites for me. Love it!
Fantastic extension!
Works perfectly so far!
Doesn't seem to work on pretty much any site I've visted. Maybe it's only German sites?
Doesn't work on most websites, and where it does it's really slow.
I loved the idea of this thing but it doesn't work at all. Still getting heaps of popups and consents and cookies and mailing lists and everything.
great alternative to "i don't care about cookies". could work on more sites but it's open source and you can see what it's doing in real time.
Great alternative to "I don't care about cookies" now that they've been bought by Avast/norton
Downloaded this after "I don't care about cookies" became spyware. Thanks for the alternative :)
It works very well. Thank you.. it was just what I was looking for..
Almost forgot to review because after two weeks I'd forgotten cookies were a thing. Excellent addon, saves a lot of time and annoyance.
Brilliant, works most of the time for me and saves me the hassle of denying cookies! I quite like that you can see the pop-up being rapidly removed, as it reminds me of the hassle I'm saved from! Keep it up devs! The times it hasn't worked has primarily been on non-Danish websites.
Seems to work really well for me. Only suggestion I have is that the animation - while cool - is kind of superfluous. I'd prefer it if everything was done in the background and if the extension was able to prevent cookie consent popups from ever rendering on my screen. (Using Chrome, Windows 10).
Finally an extension to take care of cookie disclaimers.
God I love Danes
I'm yet to run into a time where this extension fails. Works flawlessly AND is open source which is very important to me (and for privacy). Much better than alternatives and it's a huge time saver.
It works, except for the part where it scrolls the page all way down to the footer. This is even more annoying than the few sites where it didnt work.
Basically a good idea, but it didn't work on some of the biggest German news sites like heise.de, sueddeutsche.de, faz.de, zeit.de and spiegel.de. Does this plugin even have more code than needed to display the report button?
Hasn't worked once. Utter waste of time.
seems to be working so far.
NON FUNZIONA UN BEL NIENTE!
Genuinely does not work. Even went to the websites for the Quantcast and OneTrust, who they say can manage your choices for and guess what? The pop-ups appear and it doesn't complete them - no tick appears on the icon to confirm. So you have to complete it yourself so kinda fails on the most basic level. Other sites it says it is autocompleting and to wait and then times out. Others you get a tick on and yet, the cookies box still is there and no options have changed to meet my saved choices. So what's the point? Really wanted this to work but just doesn't...!
It just does not work. I deleted it again. Useless!
It works maybe 20% of the time, probably less. Removed.
Does the annoying cookie prompts for you. Win win
A very worthwhile addition. Speeds up browsing no end, and removes those silly GDPR permission dialogues. Good Job !
Simply doesn't work. Added it, removed it and added it again to give it the benefit of the doubt... and nope... doesn't work. Good idea though.
This is excellent and it's only just released so it's going to get better and better. Great work!
amazing!
Amazing, better than ad-block
Doesn't work on WaPo and Yahoo. 'Report' button does not work. Need I say more?
