I have experienced the highest levels of customer service from Sita Cui. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. I have a lot of issues with some of the CJ services, especially about the product description and pictures from suppliers are very poor. Inventory goes suddenly out of stock without any notification and have to refund many times back to customers. Previously I had worst personal agents with totally non professional attitude but now since Vincy Xi has become my personal agent things have changed for me. I would say she is a real professional, very supportive, friendly, a lot easier to communicate with, and she resolves issues very quickly. I think she is the only one in CJ staff who is devoted to her work and gives everything to it. I gave 5 stars only because of her. I would like her to be my Personal Agent at CJ forever. Good service in general, had some hiccups here and there like sourcing payment and general issues but managed to get things resolved by the staff. I want to add that some problems were caused by the fact that I'm new in running an eCommerce business, but managed to learn a lot thanks to the whole staff at CJ. Easy to use platform for listing items. Was a bit confusing at first with working out USD to AUD and annoying that its something I always need to be on top of, as well as making sure I select the right shipping company as I thought it defaulted to this when listed. If could set all items (on personal account) to charge AUD all the time would be awesome. Help is always available. My agent Aydan helps me a lot with issues and takes time to explain and help me get the outcome I'm after.

I gave it a 4 because overall it's a good extension. I've been using it for a while and I never had an issue. However, I'm now using a new chromebook and I don't know why but it isn't working on this device. It isn't logging me in. I put in my log in information and click the login button but nothing happens.

I am from Malaysia, Installed in my laptop, but once click "Go to 1688", it will hyperlink to 1688 official website instead of within CJ dropshipping platform, unable to select products for listing etc, Why is this different from previous ?

It's grayed out and doesn't do anything.

Currently having 3 orders worth over £1.5K and nobody is answering my queries or disputes. It's been over 2 months and orders have not ben shipped. From what i can tell the money are lost and it looks i will not get refunded. Please don't get rekt and take precaution when dealing with this app
