Does what I needed!

This app is a great, knowing its from Google. But I wish there was an option in the extension as well as the phone widgets on letting ALL TASKS from the main board be seen rather than just selecting one. Thank you!

perfect extension

It successfully and rapidly synchronizes among my devices. Kanban board allows me to easily overview my tasks from different categories at a glance.

So far so good. Easy and seamless interface. Love how it connects to google calendar.

So I gotta say I love the extension! Its right there waiting for you to use it. It only takes a little bit on your part to get in gear. Just write down what you have to do! There are many options such as being able to use different list for different things and label them as well as send them off to other applications like google slides for whatever reason you see fit. Great addition!

I appreciate this app as a Chrome extension. It works great to list tasks created in the Google Task web app. However, I would like to see tasks assigned to me in documents as those are the main tasks I want to track. Right now I can see those tasks in Google but not in the extension. Am I missing something?

This is my favorite chrome extension. I love the full screen view. I love how simple it is but still allows the right amount of customization. I love that it makes my task making on mobile perfectly synced with my work on my laptop. - I'm going to upgrade and get this for my whole team.

This is a great app, I find it easier to manage tasks from a PC, than from my phone. This allows me to manage them from my computer, and I can use the Google tasks app on my phone.

Started to use this only recently. Advised by a colleague to give it a try as a part of removing a notebook, organizing my desk and day. I find it really helpful in avoiding unnecesary memorizing my day to day tasks, and that the option to add links to this is a welcome feature.

This an extremely useful tool to help keep you on schedule and to excel your productivity. It is extremelly flexible and easy to use and you can utilize this for so many features. I personally enjoy it for my online courses and classes and allow me to manage my task and accomplish my goals. I highly recommend it for anyone needed to get organized, manage projects and so much more.

Not sure what to really say about this app. It does what it sets out to accomplish - providing a way for me to modify my tasks and create new ones from a desktop web app. Very helpful in some circumstances where I want to change a reminder for something before I forget, but feel whipping out my mobile device would be inappropriate (ex: a working meeting). Good job to the team who put this together. I really have no suggestions on how this experience can be improved. Scratching my head that Google doesn't offer this directly like the do with their Keep service. Maybe they do, but I could not find it.

Google Tasks allow for setting a specific time, this seems to only allow for dates. Hopefully this is something that can be added in a future update.

It's an amazing extension. It's a shame that Google doesn't really care to support this kind of project... It's been years since they have last updated their Google Tasks API, and projects like these, which make Google Products *much* better to use suffer because of that. On the merits of the extension itself, it's great and really makes the most with what it can. I introduced this extension to the owner of the company I work for during a conversation about the importance of organization skills and softwares and he ended up pretty much dropping Trello in favor of Taskboard, because of its integration with Google Calendar and such. Thank you so much for the software you guys have developed, Taskboard Devs! I really hope Google eventually gives Tasks some attention and allow you to improve your product even more.

Great app! Used now for 4x weeks with google calendar and keep notes. All integrates well! The Google calendar can turn on (toggle) the 'tasks'. The extension for the gmail also helps me sort out deadines directly from emails. This gmail extension really takes it to the next level. Well done!

I am for sure not using the extension correctly & would LOVE a video tutorial to take advantage of the features. But even as a super basic user this is the best extension for keeping track of lists with varying needs/timelines!

Phenomenal extension, makes it a lot easier to create and manage multiple lists and tasks, only miss is not being able to create recurrent tasks, it can only done through tasks native android app, but thats an minor nitpick in my opinion cause works really great, thank you a lot for the developers.

Really it help me a lot more on daily basis. Also need a alarm or pop kind of things additional so that it will be more useful.

The plugin is very convenient to work with. Allows work with different lists, updates the Google calendar. recommend.

So glad this extension exists for Google Tasks! This is arguably the best tool for Tasks and was exactly what I was looking forward. It turns Google Tasks into a better task management system by showing all my lists up front without having to switch between lists, having a more organized look and UI, and the ability to finally have Google Tasks be a "standalone" app by creating a Google shortcut. The free version does what I need and if I was a power user, I'd probably get the premium version. Thank you x100 to the developer(s) for making our lives easier and organized with this app! Disclaimer: It's currently impossible to set repeating dates on tasks. Developers acknowledged this which is good!

Works perfectly as a desktop webapp. I launch it from the dock on my Mac.

I love this online to do list, I love how I can schedule stuff do to, and how I can have multiple different to do lists, it's very easy to use and it's my favorite by far, and I've tried many different to do lists.

It is missing an option for task time, it only has date. Google Tasks support time as well as date which I use frequently so unless I am missing something I can't use it. Otherwise it is a very nice implementation of Google Tasks.

So helpful for managing school assignments. You can even sync it to your google calendar and the tasks will show up if you date them!

Super useful, keeps my tasks organized. There are widgets for the cell phone and connects with the google calendar!

Fantastic extension. Simple and clear, it puts all your tasks lists front-end centre, making it easier to manage and overview your agenda. I use this in conjunction with the mobile app, managing my lists on my computer and then ticking tasks off while on the go with my mobile.

This app is /almost/ perfect. I really like how it looks and I like how I can see several lists at the same time. The UI is nice and not clunky compared to alternatives but it's missing tasks assigned in Google docs. I like to add Action Points when I'm taking minutes of the meeting but when I assign tasks, they don't appear on Taskboard :(

Helps keep my life in check, very compelling and well designed but has some work to be done still. Still highly recommended for productivity and help keeping track of your life

This is a great extension, and I would rate it 5 stars if not for one problem: I can't set specific times of the day that tasks are due. Unless I'm missing something, you can only create tasks that take all day. This is annoying because it means I still have to create all my tasks with my phone to set a time, but I can still view them in the Tasksboard. This seems like it would be easy to fix, and once they do fix it, this will be perfect!

Truly unfortunate that Google doesn't know the difference between a "Desktop App" and a "Chrome extension". Mis-advertising??? Used to use Keep until the Desktop app went away and it became a Chrome extension also. Because Chrome can't be set to 'delete history/cookies on exit' like Firefox, I use Firefox for my web browsing, Thunderbird for my email accounts (3) and Evernote replaced Keep. While I can appreciate Chromebooks (but I don't want an Internet-bound device), Google's attempts to force everyone to use their products in Chrome leaves everything to be desired. Removing from Chrome and hoping Gmail/Calendar doesn't stop working...

Great Google Tasks add-on. Very useful in viewing multiple task lists and sorting upcoming tasks in a single view.

It just works well. Considering google hasn't officially put out tasks for chrome and I need a cohesive and multiplatform simple task list, this works very well.

This is a chrome extension that combines tasks with the presentation of trello, and steals their icon. It is not, however, a standalone desktop application for Google Tasks. Since that is verbatim what the title says, the app is a colossal failure. If I wanted to just use Trello, I would have. If my intent was to open Tasks in another tab, I could have done that as well.

Beautifully simple. I love that I can also add and see tasks so easily from my android phone using widgets. So I always have all my reference lists on both my computer and my phone, anywhere anytime. Offline support and gmail integration seems even better than a few weeks ago (maybe just me). Especially LOVE the full web/desktop view - I now use this for all my task tracking, where I used to use tools like Asana and Trello. Perfect combo of simplicity and cross-device/cross-UI (gmail, browser, etc) functionality. Thank you Tasks team!!

I thought this would make it easier to have access to Tasks, but the problem is it's quite laggy and something strange happened. I wrote a link on my phone at task and would like to open it on my PC so i save it to task, but the link didn't appear on Task here. It did appear if i open Task from Google. I wonder what's wrong here. Hope this can be improved and fixed. Thank you

Excellent! Permanently part of my productivity apps (Google Calendar, Notion, and now TasksBoard!!!). Very aesthetic, fits in with the Google theme very nicely. No fuss, just great. 100% recommend!!!

I was looking for a simple task manager that will let me share tasks and this fits the bill perfectly. JIRA or Teams would be overkill for what I am doing, Taskboard fits just right.

This was recommended to me and now I have my whole team using it. Great way to manage your tasks more effectively.

simple, straightforward, does what it needs to do, and syncing between google calendar/ my phone/ computer is perfect.

a lot of advanced features Google Tasks is missing: labels, collapsible subtasks and export lists to Google Sheet above all; but UI is not as straightforward as it could be. I had just one, BIG, glaring ISSUE: when I tried sharing a list, ended up losing a lot of tasks on sync; I had to purchase GTasksToolkit to recover all DELETED TASKS. it was a dealbreaker: instantly removed sharing and never used it anymore. would be perfect if - sharing would not delete tasks - lists were collapsible - task edit window were in a side column - could attach to tasks more than 1 email

Must have for every one

Very slow and can't set the time for notifications. That makes it useless because after creating a task (which itself is overly simplified without ability to enter a date or details, only a task name), I have to open Tasks in Google's app or website in order to enter the time, so I can get notified of that task. Basically, this app is good only for viewing of your tasks.

I LOVE Tasksboard. I have tried other alternatives (Trello, Notion, etc.), although this is the only one that syncs up with my Google Calander flawlessly and works smoothly. I will continue to use this app to keep track of my work. Thanks for creating such a great web app!

I use GTasks to help organize my daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. I love the Mobile app~ So many more features like repeat tasks and setting exact times and days. Desktop version is helpful but could use an update to match the mobile app. With the desktop version, you should be able to set repeats and times as well. Other then that, I love GTasks - it has helped me to get on track and stay on track. So simple, not to complex as to where setting up your tasks are a chore. If you are inundated with Personal & Business tasks~ GTasks can help you get organized and stay on track!!!
