It's surprisingly hard to find a simple new tab extension that includes a pomodoro timer, to-do list, sticky notes, AND NO LINKS TO FREQUENTLY VISITED SITES (what kind of galaxy brain wants to forcibly display all my favorite time wasting links in a *focus* tab?) - and this one is it. There is absolutely no way to fiddle with any settings except the length of the timer. You'll have to live with the narrow column width for to-do-list items. You can't reposition the sticky notes. You can't turn off sounds or choose a different sound for the alarm. You can't change fonts or colors or sizes or sounds on anything. But so what? This has everything I need and, most importantly, it has nothing more. What a lifesaver. PS: The timer shows only minutes, no seconds. THIS IS BRILLIANT. Automatic anxiety reduction.
