This is super helpful to making sure our internal teams are aligned on how to complete new processes and having an evergreen resource for myself for future reference. This is a powerful extension that basically eliminates the need for takings screenshots or recordings of your browser. Just perform the task you are trying to document and Tango will outline the process. Then you can edit the steps and even blur private information.

Great option for users to submit IT tickets with their issues steps by step instead of trying to upload a large video file.

Biggest game changer for my company!

I have many reports where English is not the first language, so writing procedures can be difficult--Tango makes it so much easier and faster! We also love how the Tango Team is always iterating and updating their product. We feel like we get a little part in things because the Tango team is always actively seeking feedback and suggestions and is super responsive! Disappointed that I haven't been using this tool for years. So easy to use and been great in onboarding my employees, as well as in showing my aging parents how to utilize / access certain online tools. Not sure what I would do without Tango now that I have discovered it.

Awesome extension - super easy to use!

These Tango checklists are so much better than our old how-to guides. Our marketing operations manager made the mistake of sending me a Tango... after I used it I told her I would never use the old ones again and I made her move all of our SOPs into Tango ? Make sure to use it in Guide Me mode - that one is cool because it shows the screenshots but also tracks each of your steps as you go.

Generally speaking I don't write reviews for Chrome extensions but this one is well worth the 5 stars! I used Tango to create a much-needed tutorial for a reunion registration website that is notoriously glitchy (and who shall remain anonymous for the sake of this review!). The whole tutorial was recorded, edited and shared with our club members in about 30 mins and likely saved me hours of time fielding emails, providing 1:1 support, etc. Thank you, Tango! Would highly recommend to all of my peers going forward!

I never thought I'd need something like Tango until I tried it for the first time. Now that I've begun using Tango, I couldn't imagine working without it!! Tango saves me and my team so much time that was previously spent creating SOPs and documenting processes. The product quality is excellent! It's intuitive to use and helps my team tremendously. The platform captures information brilliantly, allows me to customize my reports uniquely, and enables me to share the outputs seamlessly. The customer support is off-the-charts great as well!

Game changer and huge time saver

Love using Tango to share over product walkthroughs to prospects / customers. (I'm in sales). Used Loom video recording before, but Tango is much less stressful than clicking and talking at the same time, and I don't need to re-do the whole thing if I mess up a section. Big fan of the little enhancements launched more recently (company colors, exported to PDF, include our logo, etc.)... My documentation now comes off in a very professional / branded light, and I've found that using these custom guides make a customer feel special in a tough market.

I would never have learned to dance without Tango. Or how to document processes efficiently and avoid repetitive onboarding time sinks. But most importantly, how to dance.

We have a team in Eastern Europe and Tango allows us to communicate clear direction to our team while we are sleeping and they are working. We capture any bugs or new features we want built and send it to them. It saves us time in Jira or writing a 10 paragraph email and they love it because they can see the steps on a screen. Give Tango infinity stars! Not only is it a time-saver, it's a headache saver and that is the true value. Great job Tango team!

Tango is an outstanding tool for anyone who needs to create user manuals, training materials, or other instructional documents. The ability to embed documents and capture processes outside of the webpage using the Desktop Application makes it a powerful and versatile tool. I work regularly with international teams, so the clear screenshots with the orange box and short text make it easier to communicate effectively when English is not their first language. No more cut and paste on a Word document or Zoom meetings at odd hours to show step-by-step to offshore teams.

We use it for our devs/PMs to easily and quickly explain new features or product changes to internal and even external users. Saves a lot of (expensive) time and works like magic!

Never met an extension I loved more!

Our company used this product to create training documentation as we implemented Netsuite. We are a manufacturing company and we used Tango's documentation tool to create training manuals on how to enter work orders, how to create an assembly build, how to use transfers orders etc. Without the Tango, it would have taken days to create guides and train the manufacturing staff how to use Netsuite and it likely would have resulted in much more pain during start-up. Tango is fast, intuitive, and effective. It only takes minutes! This is an awesome product!!!

I was skeptical that Tango would actually be useful but after a few different co-workers suggested using it, I decided to bite. Suffice to say, I was actually really impressed. It's easy to use, saves me a lot of time, and is something I've recommended to all of our new hires. I don't think I've ever had an extension actually work better than I expected, but guess there's a first time for everything!
