Hi, It is an excellent extension. However, report doesn't show the absent attendees who were invited for the meeting. Can you please add this feature?

It is also recording those who are invited but did not join the call at all. There is a new feature in google meet that you will see who are also invited but did not join the call and Google Meet Attendance Tracker also capturing them. I hope this get fixed since this is really helpful.

Missing Reports All my attendance reports and classes are missing. Is there any way I can recover it.

I hope it has an update that it will just auto save when the connection was lost.

Thank you for this extension! Any chance the data can be exported as a google sheet or csv? Looking at online reviews it looks like this feature was available (forgive me if I simply do not know how to use that feature). I ask because I need to match the last 4 digits of phone numbers to names in another google sheet and the pdf file format makes things less simple. Thanks again for the great extension!

i was using this. and it is showing i have only attended 75% of meeting and a person who joined 5 minutes late attended 90% of meeting. plz remove this problem.

ADDON NOT WORKING WHILE CLICKING TRACK ATTENDANCE

I found that, This is the best app to record online presence since Covid infection started last 2 year. Extremely simple, easy for anyone to art and has a very good UX, UI, AI. All teachers and offices should try #shaileshrkumar's #GoogleMeetAttendanceTracker system at least once for online meetings. 1. The names of those with less than 65% attendance are shown in red. 2. .PDF can be easily downloaded. 3. It's easy to create a class and collect all the old attendance. 4. Older records are more easily accessible when logged in with a Google Account. 5. Day two of not accessing my reports. update: Day four now.

I downloaded this extension recently, but when i click the track attendance, it will just redirect me to the report. Showing that i only my meeting duration is only 1 second. :(

A lot of people are saying they closed the new tab that opened automatically with the reports. You can click Ctrl + Shift + T to open the last closed tab. This can be used in various situation too. Hope this helps, Armaan.

I love it but I wished it showed if the child is absent or present and I wish that the attendance report will be exported thru Spreadsheets

I like how clean and how easy I can save the detailed attendance report of this extension. The pdf file is great, clean and neat. If you ask me, the only suggestion I could ask is if I could also save it as CSV or .xlsx so I can manipulate the data like sorting by last name etc. Anyways, Thank you for this extension, It is really amazing! ^_^

Sometimes, its not saving the attendance. Always comes as "redirecting the page, Please Wait". Please Add a option for the teacher to write a small note in the option after saving.

Hi I am having a problem when I click generate report at the end of the class it redirect me to the extension tab and shows your attendance will be ready in few second but I waited for atleast 1 hour nothing happened please fix this problem..ASAP

This is very useful esp. in an online class! Quick question does it add up the time if a student got disconnected and connects again?

Hello developer , thanks for this wonderfull extension . i am here to point out a problem that I am facing while using this extension. after generating my report there will be mistakes in attendence percentage and duration of time attended. by this somme students are getting attendence simply . can you rectify this problem as soon as possible. i am using this extensioon thrice a day for my classes about 100 minutes for one session . there is some false percentage and time attended duration.

Sir, I was using this extension for my online classes for 3 days, but since yesterday, when I try to track the attendance, no reports are being generated, instead it shows that 'loading' for a long time and finally ' cant reach this page" message appears. I tried reinstalling this extension, but still the same problem exists. How can I fix this problem?

The extension's features are good. Here are some features that you could add when you get time: - In addition to Save as PDF, downloading the report in CSV format would also be nice. - What if 2 people have the exact same name? At that time, I don't think this extension would work well. Other than these 2 things, everything is good!

Hi Dear Shailesh Sir! I suggested this Extension to my English Sir, So that it makes it easy for him to take attendance faster and easier. He could add extension of it and find/select "Track the Attendance" option. One issues arises- Once he stops the Tracking, he is directed to another page where we get the reports, but for him it didn't work, at start it said Please wait while we make a report(something like that) but no report came, He was a bit unsatisfied with my Idea about this extension. Is it his Internet Problem or his PC problem or something else? Pls help Sir..?

Can you also add the details of when a student joined, left, rejoined based on the time of the meeting? It stopped functioning for me two days ago, please fix the issue

Very nice extension, I'd give you 5 but there is something importante missing and it's related to time tracking, we need to know the exact time a student enter and leave the class. I hope you can add this option for better performance. I promise to donate.

This app is very useful for teachers. When any participant leave the meeting and rejoin again after a minute, that participant only first joining time is recorded. Secondly sometimes we forget to download the pdf sheet and close by mistake, can there be any option of auto download or auto saved. It would be good if we get info like join in and out time of students as it will be proof for us towards authorities and parents

Hi, why is the tracker keep auto close and generate the attendance after I click track? So, I cannot track my pupils' attendance because the report said class only happen for 1 second. Not enough time to track.

Great extension compared to all that I've tried to use so far. I'd like to suggest to add a feature wherein you can see what time exactly a student entered the google meet. The school is still accounting late students.

Hi sir..I'm a teacher and I used this google meet attendance tracker extension to get the attendance reports of students. Once the meeting was over, I clicked on the generate report button and it opened in another tab..but I closed the tab by-mistake ..it was very important to me ..can you pls say is there any option to get all my generated reports anywhere? Pls add a feature such that a mail goes to the person's account with the generated reports after the meeting , so that we don't have to download it each and every time and it can be accessed whenever we want..thank you so much..hoping for much more important user-friendly features to be implemented in the future updates ..

Is there any option to track absentees in a class?

This extension very good , best for teachers using google meet . But I am facing a problem that I can't download that page when I am clicking that download button and print page is coming , so can you please fix this problem

very good extension compare to others but few problems I am facing: 1. If a student join class and left within 2 minutes and then join again then his/her first attendance is marked, not whole 2. many student visibly in meeting but their attendance not marked, means they were left unmarked

Nothing is more excellent in this extension. this can be more attractive, if there is auto generation and saving of attendance option. if you forget to click on the track attendance at the starting time of the class, or if you forget to download the attendance, you will miss your attendance. otherwise there should be an option of settings in which user can take the appropriate form of attendance, xls, word, pdf etc and auto download on /off etc average, but good

This is a very good extension. I tried many extensions and finally got this as the best of them. One suggestion as I feel that if you could add auto start and stop with auto download when we start the meeting. thanks

I don't see options to just SAVE it... Only Download tab but it will eventually lead you to printing... not accessible if you're WFH

It works well, but once the report is generated, I cannot download the report.

Actually it has a small fault Every time i need to install to & unstill it to use this app. As it doesn't work one meeting after installation.

Perfect!!! Few recommendations ... The output rightly shows start and end time, however there is a missing vital information i.e. Date of the Meeting. I assume, it would be easy to just add system date in dd-mmm-yyyy format just above the start time. Additionally, see if you could also add Google Meet ID to make the report comprehensive.
